After Minho's death, life wasn't the same for
Jisung. His heart had shattered, and all meaning to his existence had vanished into thin air.
All of the plans the boys had made for when they got out of the hell they had been in were now unable to happen.

"If only I had woken up sooner."

"If I had just stayed awake instead of falling asleep like a selfish coward."

"You knew there was a risk of this happening jisung, so why didn't you take caution?"

"Minho was a precious young man, who spent most of his life in the hospital with his beloved doctors and nurses. He was so brave and strong. Enough to fight cancer for more than half his lifetime." Said the man behind the podium.

Jisung stared at the casket with no visible emotion as the man continued his speech.

"He didn't even know Minho..how can he say all these things?" The boy wondered.

"He was always a stubborn boy, but everyone knew deep down he had a love that was unlike anyone on this planet."

The brunette knew that was right. In fact he knew from the day he met Minho that all he needed was someone to open up to. That's why he tried so hard to be friends with Minho.

The service finally had ended and everyone made their way to greet Minho's family and give their condolences. Which not to anyone's surprise the only family member of Minho's was Yongbok.

"Jisungie!" Cried the brother with puffed eyes and tears streaming down his cheeks.

When he had seen jisung, he felt this peace come over him. It was as if a piece of Minho was still with them, but jisung felt the same way about Yongbok.

The brunette was quiet as they shared their embrace, and felt too much guilt inside of him to even look at Minho's brother.

"I-I'm so sorry jisung, I wish I could've been with him sooner, and this might have never happened!" He cried out, squeezing the jisung even more and letting loud sobs out into his shoulder.

Jisung's eyes widened when he realized that Yongbok was taking the blame for it all, and he couldn't help but began to let out agonizing cries himself.

"No, it's my fault!! I was in the room with him and I was too late!! Don't blame yourself, Yongbok!" He said as he held minhos brother in his arms. "Please forgive me.." he whispered.

"Jisungie, there is nothing anyone can do to bring him back. It's not your fault..it was just his time to go, and this was just the fate we got."
Yongbok wiped his tears and released from the hug a little. "He loved you because of your bubbly and outgoing personality, so he would want you to stay that way."

"I don't know if I can do that without him." Replied Jisung. "I-..I need him to be with me."

Letting go of Yongboks embrace, he fell to his knees and buried his face into the floor, still not holding back his deep sobs.

A little over a month had passed since the last view of Minho was seen.
Jisung lived his life in the room all alone, none of the nurses bothering to check on the boy.
Yongbok has come by once or twice, but the brunette made it clear that he didn't need pity from Minhos family. Which wasn't completely true because jisung loved Yongbok dearly, he just knew he would break down seeing what was left of Minho.

So many songs were written about jisung's misery. It seemed like he had all the time in the world to make music now that his only friend was gone.

the boys heart had hardened like a rock.
His music session was soon interrupted by the sound of the door knob being fidgeted with, which made him look up with confusion.
A longer haired boy bursted through the door holding a box and wearing a fairly happy smile.
The boy then tripped, the box falling from his arms and scattering on the ground. "Shit!!" He yelled out, making the brunette flinch. His eyebrows furrowed at the sight of this random guy coming into the room. "Oh hey, you must be my new roommate!!"
Just like the boy was having Deja vu, his eyes widened. A rush of memories flooded his mind while looking at this new guy, Minho's final words ringing in his ears. "Jisung, all I ask is that you don't do what I did. Please don't push other people away, because you will miss out on so much. maybe you can even get a new roommate who will love you as much as I do."
With a tear sliding down his cheek he slightly smiled back at the boy. "Hey, I-I'm Jisung."

"Woah, are you crying!? I'm so sorry I didn't mean to startle you!!??" Yelled out the blonde.

Jisung flinched again, not being used to that much noise being made. "No, I'm just listening to some music." He replied, sliding his headphones down and watching the boy bring all his things into the room.

What was once Minhos place, was now being taken over by this random guy. Jisungs face flushed as this angry feeling took over him.

"Woah you can't stay there-" he cut himself off, realizing what he was saying.

"Hm?" Questioned the long haired boy.

The brunette shook his head and looked away from the new boy. "Nothing."

"You're really messy, and this room is a wreck." The tall boy stated.

"IS THAT A MOLDED GRAPE!?" He screamed while trying to get a better look. "Oh it's just a ball of fuzz."

Jisung watched the boy with an expressionless face, but slightly chuckled. "Are you gonna tell me your name?"

"Oh I'm hyunjin! Hwang hyunjin." He sat on his bed and began pulling objects out of his box.

"Oh okay.." replied jisung, who was still watching the other boy closely.

"It doesn't feel right...this isn't the feeling I felt when I met Minho."
