Jaune Arc ended up in the Capital Wasteland and then was saved by the Enclave patrol from the Behemoth mutant. Later on, he was recruited by them and fought side-by-side against the mutants, raiders/bandits, and the Brotherhood of Steel.
Despite his efforts, the Enclave lost the Capital, never to be restored again.
It doesn't mean that it's over for him. He escaped into the Commonwealth where later on, he met a Sole Survivor of Vault 111, Nate.
He helped Jaune wake the government officials in Vault 111 and that's when the Enclave has been reestablished once again.
Colonel Jaune Arc and Nate has accomplished in restoring peace and order throughout the Commonwealth.
The Brotherhood of Steel has been destroyed, leaving only the ones from the west remaining.
The Institute has became part of the Enclave Science Division after it was taken over by them.
The mutants and the raiders/bandits has been wiped out (except for a few ghouls). The Minutemen became the Enclave's Auxilary Force after they became their allies.
Far Harbor is now occupied by the Enclave. And the alliance has been with Arcadia after Nick Valentine and DiMA has been reunited as brothers.
The Nuka-Cola World amusement park has been cleared out by the Enclave and Minutemen.
The remaining active Synths became part of the Enclave as expendable armed forces. The same goes for the Automaton machines who tried to take over the Commonwealth but failed.
The Railroad has been wiped out. Those who surrendered were givin a second chance by joining the ranks of Enclave or the Minutemen.
The Gunners lost against the Minutemen, thanks to the Enclave.
As weeks to months pass by, the Enclave continued to grow strong as the settlements continue to expand, turning the entire Commonwealth into a living Civilization.
Everything was going real well until something unexpected happened. ___________________________________________
