-Delilah's POV-

I laid in my bed, moving and stirring as my alarm went off. I heard knocking on my bedroom door.

Robin: Delilah wake up! We're going to be late for work!

I heard Robin yell from outside the door, moaning I turned off my alarm and got out of bed, then I heard my sister bang on the door again.

Delilah: ok, ok I'm up!

I yell back, making her stop.

Robin: good girl.

She called then went downstairs. I quickly put on some black jeans and my hellfire shirt. Then went downstairs to join the others. I saw our friend, Eddie in kitchen, making breakfast for us. Then Chrissy handed me a glass of juice.

Delilah: thanks Chris

I say with a smile as she nodded. I took a sip then placed my glass down on the table.

Suddenly I heard someone running down the stairs then gasped as I fell to the floor, feeling someone on top of me. It was Dustin.

-Dustin's POV-

Dustin: surprise attack!

I yell as I tackled Delilah to the floor. I laughed as I landed on top of her.

Delilah: wtf Dusty!

She yells but she laughs too, I always scared her like that every morning so she was used to it already, she started calling me Dusty, as a nickname since she and Robin moved in.

Dustin: good morning to you too.

I laughed again, ignoring her questions. Then I remembered I was still on top of her.

Dustin: sorry

I say with a nervous laugh then stood up, giving Delilah my hand to help her up. She didn't say anything though, she smiled at me and that was it.

Then we heard a voice call from the kitchen

Eddie: breakfast is ready, come sit!

We all sat down at the table to eat, then we started talking.

Robin: so what should we do later?
Eddie: play D&D?

Eddie said with a smile. Max and Chance stared at him, giving him a death stare.

Eddie: fine.

He sighed and took another bite of toast.

Delilah: Tetris? Zelda? Mario?

Delilah put in suddenly, Eddie smiled at her and nodded.

Eddie: yes sweetheart.

Hearing his sentence made Delilah blush hard, she looked down at her legs, avoiding eye contact with any of us.

-Eddie's POV-

I looked over at Delilah, she looked shy after what I said. I saw her blushing when I called her "sweetheart" I might have a little crush on her as she's just too beautiful but I don't want Robin to know.

Robin: Eddie? What was that?

Robin said as she looked at me suspiciously.

Eddie: uh... nothing

I looked away from her and continued to chew. Delilah still wouldn't look at me. I started to feel butterflies in my stomach as I couldn't take my eyes off Delilah, all these years I've known her, I kept my feelings hidden but now I don't think I can keep them to myself any longer.

I have to tell Delilah how I feel but I'm afraid she'll reject me. I left the room to get ready for a long day ahead of us, Chrissy and Chance had already left for cheer and basketball practice. I sat on my bed thinking about what to do.

-Delilah's POV-

Soon everyone had left the house, Steve and Robin left first followed by Max and Nancy, then Dustin.

I called out to see if anyone was still home, then I heard Eddie's voice, I walked into the living room to see him staring into space until I got his attention.

Delilah: Eddie?

He jumped as I said his name.

Eddie: Delilah, hey.

He looked at me, I could see him blushing but I don't think he could hide it.

Delilah: has everyone else left?
Eddie: yea except me. I've not left yet.

I laughed at his sentence then grabbed my bag.

Delilah: well I should get going. I've got work.
Eddie: do you want me to drive you?

He grabbed the keys to his van as he smiled at me. I hesitated and blushed a little.

Delilah: yes please. 
Eddie: alright sweetheart.

He stood up and left the room. I blushed even more as he said it again. I shook my head and followed him outside to his van.
