well, I am going to help give you a good self-esteem boost! picture your dream body inside your head, most of you can't even think about your dream body, because most of you guys are soooo focused on your body right now you guys Arnt focusing on what you could be! and trust me when I say this, but EVERYTHING takes time! there are somethings you can change, something you can, and somethings take a bit of time to change.
Like do you think the smartest and beautiful people out there were just born like that. they either cheated their way in or earned it! plus it doesn't matter what's beautiful and what's not
take a look at this for example, think of the ugliest person on earth and the prettiest person on earth, they both still have a soulmate in the world! they just need to find it! so, ALOT of what this story is going to be about, the only way to be your dream person s to find it! you have to put in work time, effort, and you have sacrifice to get to yourself, so instead of pouting that you don't have your dream self, just look for yourself and who you want to be. you can't always take the easy route, i learned that myself! make a promise with me, that you want to change, and you want to find and look for yourself, okay? do you promise? so every time you complain that you can't do it remember that promise and picture what you could be, but don't push yourself!
Don't break that promise if you want to show me you can do it.
