THEO WATCHES OVER LYRA'S SHOULDER AS SHE TYPES. Jealously flashes across his face. His grip on his quill becomes harsh.
"Who's that?" He asks. Lyra looks at him, turning her phone off so he has her full attention. "Just George, we're going out for dinner tonight." She has no secrets to hide. They aren't dating and this isn't even a date.
Theo scoffs. "I'll leave you to it then." He leaves Lyra confused as he shoves his books into his bag and storms out of the eerily quiet library. She rolls her eyes, waiting a few minutes before leaving.
