As Xavier and Dennie approached, William's car suddenly sped away again, tricking them with a feint. Laughter echoed through the air as the car's tires screeched, turning sharply and heading back toward the city. Dennie, enraged, sprinted back to their vehicle with Xavier hot on his heels. The chase resumed with renewed intensity, their car hurtling down the road in hot pursuit.

The pursuit led them through twisting city streets until William's car screeched to a halt in front of an abandoned Freddy's Pizzeria. Without missing a beat, William jumped out and dashed inside the decrepit building. Dennie and Xavier followed, their footsteps echoing in the eerie silence of the empty pizzeria.

Inside, the atmosphere was thick with the musty smell of decay and the faint, unsettling memories of the pizzeria's dark history. The dim lighting cast long shadows, making every corner seem menacing. As they moved deeper into the building, they found that William had vanished, and the animatronics were nowhere to be seen.

Xavier, frustration evident in his voice, shouted, "Fuck! We have to split up, Dennie!"

Dennie looked at him, concern etched on his face. "It's dangerous. Call for help if you need it, Brother."

Xavier nodded, a silent understanding passing between them. They both knew the risks but had no choice. They split up, each taking a different path through the maze-like interior of the pizzeria.

Xavier's path was littered with broken animatronic parts strewn across the floor, their once-merry faces now twisted into expressions of horror. He carefully stepped over the debris, following the trail deeper into the bowels of the building. The path led him to a heavy, rusted door. He pushed against it, but it barely budged. Frustration mounting, he yelled for Dennie, his voice echoing through the empty halls.

"Dennie! Over here! I found something!" he shouted, his voice tinged with urgency.

Dennie, hearing his brother's call, quickly navigated the winding corridors to reach him. Together, they managed to force the door open, revealing a hidden room. Inside, the air was thick with the stench of decay and something else – a palpable sense of evil.

The room was filled with old, dusty equipment and more broken animatronic parts. But what caught their attention was a makeshift workbench covered in tools and schematics for the animatronics. It was clear that someone had been using this room recently, possibly even modifying the animatronics.

Dennie scanned the room, his eyes falling on a series of photographs pinned to the wall. Each one depicted the missing children, their faces frozen in time. His heart sank as he realized the full extent of the horror they were dealing with.

"Xavier, look at this," he said, his voice barely above a whisper.

Xavier stepped closer, his eyes narrowing as he took in the disturbing sight. "This is sick," he muttered. "We need to find him. Now."

They searched the room for any clues that might lead them to William's current whereabouts. As they sifted through the mess, they found a trapdoor hidden beneath a pile of old costumes. With a sense of foreboding, they opened it and peered down into the darkness below.

"This must be where he went," Xavier said, determination hardening his features.

Dennie nodded, gripping his flashlight tightly. "Let's go."

They descended into the dark, unaware of the true extent of the horrors that awaited them.
