Mia's POV

Its 4am and all I can feel is Char tossing and turning next to me. '' sweetheart are you ok you have tears running down your face'' I say pulling myself up against the headboard while pulling her into my chest. ''I'm sorry Mia I didn't mean it'' Char says while her tears fall onto my top. ''What do you mean sorry my love'' I say kissing the top of her head. She hides her face with the covers while I turn the lamp on. I look back around to focus on Char but I look down at her arms because I see something out the corner of my eye. Her arms are bleeding with cuts all up them. ''my love what's the matter your bleeding'' I say pulling her up to my chest so we are face to face. I slowly put my hand out so she can take it within her hand. All of a sudden her breathing get heavier and she starts shacking uncontrollably with her sobs getting louder. ''Princess listen my voice ok'' I say rubbing her back to try and sooth her. ''Sweetheart I've got you, your safe, deep breathes in and deep breathes out. After 10 minutes of soothing Charlotte her beathing slows down as she collapses into my arms because how tired she is from crying. ''Baby what happened I promise you can tell me'' I say as she lifts her head of my chest. ''I just had the worst nightmare ever'' she explains trying to speak through her sobs. ''what was it about if you don't mind me asking'' I ask cupping her chin so we lock eyes. '' we got into a massive fight and you left me I know its not real but it felt so real I hurt myself I'm so so sorry Mia I didn't mean it I promise'' she says still trying to stop herself from crying. ''sweetheart listen to me I would never leave you even if the world was ending I promise you with all my heart'' I say holding her in my warm embrace. ''I love you so so much Amelia forever and always I don't know what I would do without you'' she says kissing me on the lips. ''My love can I help clean your arms I don't want them to get infected'' I ask picking up the first aid box down the side of are bed ''Of course you can baby I'm so lucky to have you'' she says sitting up and passing me her arms. ''Princess this is going to sting a little ok so if you need to squeeze my hand'' I say opining an antiseptic wipe and getting out a bandage. ''oww Mia it stings'' she screams while putting her head back into my chest. ''I know sweetie but its all done now'' I say putting everything back away placing the box on the floor. ''Thank you so much baby I love you so much'' she says lying in between my legs. ''Anything for my beautiful girl'' I say playing with her hair to sooth her back to sleep. ''goodnight gorgeous I love you'' I say as she falls asleep in my arms.

When she is asleep and I know she is for sure I pull open my Bed side draws to make sure the small black box is in there.
