You smirked at Fionna. She was asking who you were, but that could mean anything. You looked at her and asked rather pointedly.
"What exactly are you waiting to hear in response?"

She stared back. "At first, I wanted to know what got into you."

"Of course." You shrugged. That was easy enough. Asuka as well relaxed when she clarified but the two of you grew a bit more tense when Fionna began to speak again, adding.

"But, this goes way beyond that. It's like you're a different person. So... I still wanna get to the same point, but I'm gonna need you to explain to me pretty well why you're like this. Because you are literally just a different person, basically. What's going on, are you crazy? Like, seriously crazy?" She asked in a worried tone, which was the only thing that stopped you from responding sarcastically. You scratched your head and thought of a good enough answer that could satisfy her.

"I am a different person. Finn was possessed and now I'm taking over until he can come back." You admitted.

'Djir that is WAY too much information! She's not going to be able to handle that.' Fin complained.

'If she can't handle it she shouldn't have asked.'

Fionna stared at you long and hard. After a few moments she stood up and hugged you tightly and rubbed your back. Since she was a bit taller your face was being pulled into her shoulder.
"H-hey! What're you hugging me for? I just said I'm NOT your brother."

She nodded slowly. "Right. I should've paid better attention. Mom's usually busy and Jacob isn't a dad, no matter how cool he acts."

Asuka and Su squinted at one another. Su mouthed 'cool' at her with a visual question mark of her head being cocked to one side. Asuka shrugged in response and made a cutting motion across her neck, suggesting that the moment should not be interrupted by them. Su nodded in agreement, content to lean forward and watch like someone who needed a bowl of popcorn.

Fionna continued. "I guess that break was worse than any of us thought. I'm sorry for brushing you off, Finn. I was too concerned with my own diagnosis that it biassed me against you. I thought that because I was fine and getting better that you were, too. But you're obviously not fine." She released you from the hug and leaned back.
"Do you actually feel like someone else or is it just you being edgy?"

"I actually feel that way." You uttered indignantly.
"I actually feel like a different person. How many times you gotta ask the same thing expecting a different answer?"

She nodded slowly. "Seems accurate. Normally you couldn't talk to me this way. Normal Finn definitely couldn't talk to girls, either. Let alone bring them home or be naked around them without getting flustered." She turned around.
"What about you two? Was there a change?" You looked at them and shook your head as she turned her back.

"Well-" Asuka was a terrible liar. She was flushed as she tried to express the falsity that you had not changed at all. Su noticed Fionna picking up on it immediately and sighed deeply. She raised her hand.

"Not going to be able to hide it. You're not good enough at that." She said in your direction before regarding Fionna seriously. She looked up and cleared her throat.
"I've had testimony collected about his behaviour before and after. It's not just a shift, it is a marked difference and it seems to be consistent. In asking the school nurse she said-"

"H-hey why'd she tell you!? She's got that oath thing!" You complained loudly before Fionna shushed you.

Su corrected herself. "A... non-specific source said that the change was consistent with an alternate personality. That is what I've been able to gather through my own channels."
