AN: (HI GUYS!! WOW TALK ABOUT LONG TIME NO UPDATE- I'm so sorry, this summer has been so hectic and busy for me and I've had TERRIBLE writers block pretty much the entire time. I'm actually on vacation as I write this lol. I hope this chapter makes up for all the lost time cuz it's a looooooooooooong one. Also can you guys believe that the My Hero Academia series is officially over? That's crazy to me and I'm kind of sad about it too, the ending still doesn't feel real. I hope the fandom wont start to die off :( Anyways, enjoy lovelies!! <3)

The cloud-covered sun shined dimly through Kirishima's curtains as he sat on his bed, scrolling through his phone. He glanced over to his clock and saw that it was almost seven. Usually he would be up and almost ready to go by now, but after what happened yesterday he barely slept and felt too tired to get up. The fact that he was coughing up flowers every few hours didn't help either. His throat was sore, his chest ached, and he could almost feel the eyebags that formed under his eyes. He couldn't get yesterday off of his mind; all of the things he and Ashido talked about at the Cafe, it was like she already knew his feelings before he was even close to realizing it. Now he understood why she was so frustrated with him yesterday, he couldn't really blame her. He finally tried to push his feelings and thoughts aside as he got out of bed and got ready for the day. He takes a short shower and blow drys and combs and styles his hair as usual. He brushes his spiky teeth and a small petal creeps out of his throat and falls into the sink with a few drops of blood following it.

"Oh great, last night wasn't enough, huh?" Kirishima grumbled, spitting out the toothpaste, which was a slight shade of red now, and washing it and the petal down the drain. He grabbed his keys off of his shelf and grabbed all his books and papers and shoved them into his backpack. He tossed his bag over his shoulder and exited his room. He glanced around the area, looking for a certain blonde haired boy. Where's Bakubro? I thought he said we'd walk together today..did he forget? Or- A piercing feeling struck Kirishima's chest and he grasped it in pain. "It's...probably for the best if he doesn't walk with me today anyways.." Kirishima muttered as the pain faded away and he let go of his chest, walking down the street and then into the noisy, crowded hallway of the school. He entered his first period class, English, and sat down at his desk and was immediately greeted by a very energetic and hopeful Ashido.

"Hey! You never answered my text yesterday! Did you figure it out? Or at least get close to figuring it out?" Ashido questioned him in her regular hyper deminor. He spaced out and stayed quiet. "Hellooooo? Earth to Kiri?" she waved her hand in front of his crimson eyes.

"Oh! Uh..no- no I didn't." He lied, scratching the back of his neck with an awkward, embarrassed smile. He felt terrible lying to her, it wasn't in his nature to lie to anyone, but especially not his best friends. He didn't want to, but he was so scared of her judging him, terrified in fact. He thought she'd think he's a freak because, truth be told, Kirishima isn't all that into girls, and he's known this for a long time, but last time he told a close friend of his this, back in his first Junior High School, they spread it around the entire school and he was bullied so badly that his parents had to pull him out of his nice christian school and put him in a regular public one. He couldn't imagine how she'd react to him being possibly gay, and in love with one of their best friends no less. Ashido sighed but then smiled at him.

"That's alright! We'll just have to think of more ways to get that head of yours working. We'll work it out eventually!" She reassured him and gave him a small side hug. Kirishima smiled, he was so incredibly happy and grateful to have her helping her out, even if he wasn't being totally honest with her. Ashido had been there for him since the beginning of their High School career, and he admired her the entire year at his second Junior High School. Honestly, he still admired everything about her; her energy, her confidence, her fearlessness, her strength, her leadership, and most importantly, her attitude. She was always positive no matter how dire the situation. That's why he was so scared to be honest with her, he looked up to and cared about her and their friendship so much and he didn't want to ruin it just because of how he feels about another person. Ashido released him from her grasp as he began to speak.
