Mahnoor was sitting on the couch while aimlessly scrolling through her phone. She was bored. Her gaze went to the wall clock which shows that it's almost 9. Hareem is late again. And then she heard the juggling of the keys. The door opened and she came in with a tired smile on her face.
Mahnoor stood up and went to the kitchen to get water for her.Hareem came inside the kitchen and smiled at her baby sister who was pouring her water from the jug.
"Thank you Noor." Hareem smiled.
"Waise accha hai tum soyi nahi. Aaj ham dono ko bohot kaam hai."
"Kaisa kaam?"She asked innocently.
"Shahzad uncle ne ham dono ke liye naye ghar ka intezaam kiya hai. Wo ghar iss ghar se bohot bada aur khoobsurat hai. Aur tum ko pata hai wo ham dono ka ghar hai. Ammi hoti tou kitna khush hoti." Hareem smiled at her sister but there was no traces of happiness on her face.
"Par ham idhar bhi tou rah sakte haina." Mahnoor said in a low voice.
"Jab hamare pass apna ghar hai tou phir kya zaroorat hai rent pe rahne ki." Hareem tried to make her understand.
"Par yeh ghar main hamari memories hai."
"Memories tou dilon mai hoti. Waha jaa kar nayi memories create karenge."
"Aap nahi samajh rahi hai," Tears fell down her cheeks and Hareem was taken aback by her reaction.
"Noor. Kya tum Imran ki wajah se manaa kar rahi ho?"Hareem dreadfully asked the question that was roaming in her mind.
"Appi-" Mahnoor was shocked.
"Mera baccha. Main tumhe judge nahi kar rahi hoon. It's completely normal."
Mahnoor burst into the tears and wrapped her arms around her shoulder. She was crying like a child. Her face was red from crying and tears continued to flow down from her eyes.
"Appi. Ham ko pata hai ke wo ham se bohot bade hai. Par ham unko bohot pasand karte hai. Wo ham dono ka kitna khayaal rakhte haina."
Hareem wiped her tears and sat her down the couch. She hold onto her hands and squeeze it lightly.
"Ab meri baat gour se suno. Kisi ke liye feelings rakhna gunaah nahi hai. Aap apni feelings ke saath kya karte hai wo zyada zaroori hai. Imran ek accha ladka hai. Aur bohot decent insaan hai. Par wo tumhari liye aise koi jazbaat nahi rakhta hai. Wo jo hamara khayaal rakhta tha asal mai wo ham se hamdardi karta tha. Agar wo tumhare baare mai aisi koi soch rakhta tou wo tum se nikah kar leta. Par wo sirf tumhe ek acchi ladki ki nazar se dekhta hai. Sabar karo, meri jan. Ye waqt hai tumhare pass move on karne ka. Ham jab waha jaayenge tou tum usse jald hi bhul jaugi."
"Theek hai api." Mahnoor rubbed her eyes.
"Chalo packing shuru karte hai aur nayi zindagi ka aagaz karte hai." Hareem kissed her forehead and patted her shoulder.
"Api." Mahnoor laid her head on her chest and wrapped her arms around her.

Layla looked up at his tall and muscular figure and a pen fell from her lips. She stood in front of him to greet him totally forgetting that there were files in her lap.
"I am sorry." She bit her lip as she was collecting the files. He also bend down on his knees and helped her collecting the paper that was scrambled on the floor.
"Ham baat kar sakte hai." He said in an authoritative tone as his voice was commanding yet gentle. Layla sat in front of him. The man she was talking about the security service left the room.
