Her Sunshine

Karishma removed her apron as she just finished making dinner, while Shivani was sitting on the swing and reading a book, her back was facing her. Shivani tied her hair in a loose bun, and she was wearing reading glasses, which she rarely wear, looking cute in them.

Karishma went and hugged her from behind. Shivani smiled and put the book down.

"Kya baat hai, bada pyar aa raha hai aaj?" Shivani wrapped her arms around her, pulling her closer.

"Pyar to tum par roj hi aata hai, tum imagine bhi nahi kar sakti itna." Karishma kissed her cheek and hold her more tightly. Shivani got some weird feeling.

"Krishu! kuch batana chahti ho mujhe?" She asked softly.

"Hmm."

"Kya?"

Karishma sat near her, and hold her hands.

"Hume kal subah ek mission ke liye nikalna hoga. Ek drugs racket ko pakdna hai, isse jyada kuch nahi bata sakte."

"Jaan ka khatra hai?"

"Woh to police ki job mein hoga hi." Karishma tried to sound casual.

Without saying anything Shivani hugged her, Karishma caressed her hair in reassuring.

"Shivi, don't worry, hume kuch nahi hoga," She broke the hug, and joined their heads," Vaise bhi tum jaisi khatarnak girlfriend ke sath rahte hain to khatron se khelne ki aadat pad gayi hai." Karishma teases her.

"Achha?" Shivani secretly took a pillow and start hitting her," Har (smack) situation (smack) mein (smack) mazak (smack) sujhta (smack) hai na tujhe."

Karishma was blocking the attacks, her attention was catched by a few strands of hair that came out of Shivani's bun. This time when she hit her Karishma catch the pillow and kept it in side.

Then pulled Shivani closer by waist, in result she came upon her. Karishma reached out and gently brushed them behind her ear. Shivani unable to handle their proximity, put her head on Karishma's chest.

"Jab hum mission se wapis aayenge na to tumhare favourite golgappe khane chalenge." Karishma lovingly said, Shivani looked up surprisingly.

"Kya Karishma Singh apne zero figure se compromise kar rahi hain, woh bhi humare liye?" Shivani asked dramatically.

"Aapke liye kuch bhi, ab aapki aagya ho to khana kha len?"

"Tch." Shivani snuggle with her more tightly.

Shivani was pacing back and forth, continuously trying to contact Karishma, it's been three days and the mission was supposed to complete and Karishma promised her that as soon as the criminals will arrested, she will tell her first.

Then she called Haseena as she was also part of the mission, but to her horror she also didn't pick her call.

Kuch nahi hua hoga, criminal ko pakdne ke baad formalities bhi to hoti hain, Krishu vahan busy ho gayi hogi, kuch bura mat soch (she took a deep breath to calm down)

Just then her phone rang with Haseena's name, she quickly received it.

"Hello?"

Phone fall from her hand, she sit on the nearby couch with thud and her mind went blank. After taking keys she quickly headed towards hospital.

All the way, her mind automatically played the worst scenarios. What if something happens to Karishma, how will she live without her? Other part of her mind consoled her that nothing will happen, Karishma promised her to take her on golgappa date, how can she not fulfill her promise. Although it was a silly reason but it helped her to relax a little.
