Unexpected Acceptance

Evening at Azmi's farm house

Sarah's pov :-

"Are mummy I'm fine, but why are you giving me khichdi? I'm not a sick person... "I said, khichdi isn't my comfort food, and I wasn't in the mood to eat it.

"You're beta.. Just look at yourself, you haven't eaten anything from last evening, doctor told us to take care of your diet. "Mummy said while making a worried face.

"Papa, tell mummy I'm fine, it was just a little knife scratch there.. "I don't really remember how it happened and I lowered my voice..

" Are, Asma she is telling not to eat man jao na" Papa said to mummy.

Before she spoke about anything I said with my puppy eyes, trying to convince her"Mummy , chai ke sath khichdi ke alawa kuchh de dijiye"

She convinced easily and went to kitchen to make it...

"Papa ye to jadu ho gaya!! How did mummy agree with me " I said to my father in little shock. I added "Where is bhai? "

"He went to buy something for you which will make your mood to dancing. " My father said.

"Papa 1 deal karte hai aap mujhe bata do bhai kya la rahe hai aur me mummy ko butter chicken banane ko bolungi" I said to my father cause my brother always gives me a gift, which I never thought in my life..

"Okay deal, pehle mummy ko bolo butter chicken banaye" My father said.

"How can I trust you? What if you won't tell me what bhai will give me? " I said and understood by his expressions that he wasn't going to tell me about gift.

My mom come with chai and poha , my most favorite comfort food of anytime.. And I wanted to eat near the garden, I was trying to get up from bed, but my papa said..
"No, beta aaram karo".

" I'm once again telling you people, I'm totally fine. It was just a little knife scratch which isn't paining, and please don't be dramatic for it. " I said in frustration that why they are worried this much.

We went to garden to drink tea and eat poha... After a while my brother come, my gift wasn't in his hand I got a little confused, I went to parking area to see whether my gift is in the car, but it wasn'twasn't in the car too.

I went to my brother and said " My gift?" He pointed towards Stable and took me with him, and my gift was a new horse in black colour, he's hair and skin were in the darkest black colour...
