The very next moment Jeffrey took some tissues and wiped the water she split.
"Done, don't worry about it." Jeffrey said .
She put her hand again on her head, she noticed she had fewer and her hands were shaking, her head was spinning, she noticed medical and injections besides her, she was about to stand up.
"Bache kya kar ri ho,take rest" Saima said.

she was not able to speak it properly.
"Take this medicine Sarah,your head will stop spinning " zainab said.
"No, I won't i want to talk with Emir ".Sarah said in sobbing voice.
"Okay, okay fine I will call him" Jeffrey dialled Emir's number, but Emir wasn't picking up the phone call.
"He isn't picking up his phone ". Jeffrey said.
"I want to go home" Sarah said and stood up, but her head started spinning again and she fell on bed again.
"Beta, tabiyat to thik hone do." Saima said while holding her back.
"A__unntyy, please c_all m__y mummy." Sarah said.
Saima dialled her phone but Sarah's mum didn't pick up the call.
"She didn't pick call?" Sarah said while looking at Saima, Sarah's eyes turned red due to crying, her cheeks were also red, and on her all face there were tears.
Saima hugged her immediately watching her condition like this,zainab also become emotional.
When Sarah's crying stopped,Saima broke the hug, held her cheeks in her hands and said, " happy birthday beta, look who cries on their birthdays, if you cry today you will have to cry whole year."
"I want my mom" Sarah said and became silent . "I'm also like your mother " Saima said but Sarah didn't reply her.
Jeffrey brang flower bouquet which he took to airport to give Sarah, "happy birthday dadi Amma,phool thode purane hogaye,kyuki hum jese fool de rahe hai." Jeffrey said , but Sarah didn't react it.
"Why are you sitting quiet, tumhare andar ki bhamri kidhar gai jo bina matlab ke bak bak karti hai?" Jeffrey said to make her smile and put flowers on bed.
"Can I have some space?" Sarah asked to Saima. That was quite rude but Sarah wanted to understand all the situations first and for that she needed some time alone.
"Sure" Saima said and put her one hand on her cheeks and went out of the room with Jeffrey and zainab.
"What will I do now? I want to talk with mummy, she isn't picking call, I don't have my phone, what should I do? I need to talk with Emir , ya allah please guide me, if I choose myself to be free from him,I will lose my family, please allah please help me, and forgive me for sins I have made unknowingly, I don't want to hurt anyone,I just want to leave from here."Sarah was thinking all the stuff in her mind and neelo came In her room, with fruits and a knife.
"Emir has come, you wanted to meet him na?" Neelo put the knife on Sarah's chin.
"Sarah, please do it , i haven't done anything, I just brang fruits for you, maaf kar de, mujhe na maro, please "neelo started shouting like Sarah was doing all the stuff with her, Neelo took the knife from Sarah's chin and put a little cut of knife on her left arm and immediately put knife besides Sarah , and started acting dizzy.
Before Sarah could react to her act Emir and other family members came , neelo hugged Emir and said "Emir, look my arm it's bleeding, look she has knife she did this with me Emir, Emir she isn't good for us , she will kill me." Neelo said while crying.
Sarah was watching her from her bed she was denying it with shaking her head, all family members looked at Sarah,
"I_i h_avn't d_one i_tt"Sarah said looking at Emir,she started getting nervous,her hands started shaking more.
Grandma went forward to slap Sarah but Jaffrey held her hand in Air, " sorry dadu you're misunderstood, Sarah can't do anything like this" Jeffrey said and covered her by standing in front of her
Sarah who had put her hands above her face to cover from grandma slap, she put it down, and saw Jeffrey's back and heard his voice.
"But she has to face me, for the deed she done with my daughter " grandma said to Jeffrey.
"No, you won't she will face me, she is my wife so I will be the one who should decide what the consequences she has to face for her deeds." Emir said and broke the hug with neelo, this time too Emir didn't wrap his hand around her, and neelo's make-up got printed on Emir's shirt.
"Bhabhs,check her hand and give medicine, and everyone leave" Emir said to members there.
"Bhai, but she hasn't done anything wrong" Jaffrey said to Emir in worries cause he knows his brother anger , when anyone try to harm his family member.
Emir just glared at Jaffrey eye and Jaffrey also left from there with family members.
Emir locked the door from inside, and went towards bed, Sarah started going backwards in bed , but her head touched the headrest Emir came near her and sat on the bed besides her,
"How dare you? To even look at my family and touch them or harm them? How you dare to even look at them, stay away from my family especially zainab bhabhi, you know she is pregnant right?" Sarah shook her head in no , but seeing Emir's eyes she nodded in yes, although Emir was speaking all this in angry harsh voice, his actions were as smooth as butter, he first took Sarah's hand in his , make her calm until her hands stopped shivering.
"Good girl, you won't tell anyone about how our marriage happened, otherwise you know what I will do with your family right?"Sarah nodded yes, Emir looked at the sleeves of the tshirt she was wearing, it was too much bigger than her size and folded it to make her size.
"Don't interfere in my family matters and don't tell anyone outside that I'm your husband understood?" He wiped her tears with his thumb, and was speaking this in a manipulating tone.
"And if you ever try to leave from here, you will see dead bodies of your parents" He settle her hairs with his fingers.
Emir took Sarah in his arms , held her in bridal style "please chhode mujhe. " Sarah said in a crying voice.
"Achhhhhh" Sarah sneezed
"Ek baar chhodke dekh liya, ab vapis chhodege nahi". Emir said to her and took her to the bathroom.
" Achhhhhh" Sarah sneezed once again.
"What the fuck control your fucking sneezing" Emir said in annoyed tone.
"Achhhh.......Put me down" Sarah said.
Emir put her down, sarah took two steps back.
"I'm not going to eat you" Emir said because of her actions.
"Your shirt might eat my life. " Sarah said pointing towards neelo makeup mark on his shirt.
"Whatever, you take shower" Emir said. Sarah just nodded but didn't moved from there, "what do you want? " Emir asked in his anger.
"G_oo o_utt ss_id_de" Sarah said.
"My bathroom,my rule" Emir said.
"Then let me go at my house, my room and my bathroom and to my parents" She again broke down in tears.
"Please, let me talk to my parents,please" She begged to emir.
Emir just went outside of the bathroom, leaving her crying her heart out.. He left the door slightly open of bathroom, her crying sobes were echoing in whole bathroom...
