When I wake up the next morning, the first thing I realize is that I'm not in my own bed. I'm in a hotel bed, wearing nothing but Levi's T-shirt, which means...
Levi really did go down on me, last night.
A flood of mixed emotions happen so fast that I can't even identify the first one I feel. Satisfied? Still horny? Nervous? Excited?
I definitely find it crazy that I dreamed of him doing exactly what he did, and he was still somehow 100x better. It almost bothers me, how good he is at it, and leaves me wondering how many times he'd done it. That doesn't matter, though, does it? Surely it meant something different between us than it could have with others, right?
But what are we, now? The question buzzes around in my head like an annoying bumblebee. Should it be obvious? I know what we did was intimate, but it doesn't necessarily seal anything. We didn't even have sex.
I lazily flip around and lie on my other side, expecting to see Levi sleeping. He's not there, though. Instead, there's a note on his pillow.
Okay, there's no way he left me stranded in a three-star hotel, I think to myself. With the painful memory of him ghosting me starting to resurface, I slowly pick up the note and unfold it.
"Went to get your car, be back soon. P.S. – you look sexy in my shirt. Also, hope you're hungry."
I release the breath I didn't realize I was holding. He went to get my car and let me sleep. It's actually really thoughtful. Still, he confuses me with the hope that I'll wake up hungry. The dots don't connect in my mind until I get a triple-knock on the door.
I jump up and throw on a robe provided by the hotel before scurrying over and looking through the peephole. It's a man from the hotel staff, with a cart that's carrying breakfast.
Is he trying to make me fall in love with him? A giggle accidently escapes my lips as I tighten my robe and open the door.
"Morning," I greet the man with a wide smile that I still can't get rid of.
"Hi," he smiles back and looks me up and down before continuing. "Uh, here's your 9:00 breakfast order."
"Thank you," I step to the side and let him push the cart into the room. There's a pitcher of orange juice with a couple of small glasses. The plates are loaded with French toast, bacon, and mixed fruit. It all looks so lovely and appetizing, but I'm still stuck on the fact that Levi even thought to do this. I don't see his sweet side a lot.
The gentleman finds his way out, then stops at the door and looks at me.
"You here alone?" He smirks at me and looks into my empty hotel room.
Yeah, no. Not a chance.
I stare at him for about three seconds, then slam the door in his face without saying a word. I have everything I need, thank you very much.
Now anticipating Levi's return, I stroll over to the cart and pick a strawberry out of the bowl. Last night is playing over and over in my head. I thought, for sure, we were going to have sex – that is, until I saw a snake with a dick attached to it trying to break free from behind his zipper. And yes, I'm totally exaggerating but also not really. I haven't even seen it out, yet. I was going to offer to return the favor until I realized that I wasn't the only one that reached climax. He refuses to bring it up, but I thought it was hot.
