True 2: The Maze Troll

Chapter 1

Welcome to the SEQUEL to one of my most popular stories! Like the last one, it took me a long time to come up with the plot and how it all weaved together. At the same time, I've been dealing with the pressure of schoolwork, new interests, and some personal problems, so I never found the time to work on the story in full. But I did what I could, and now we're here! So without further ado, I hope you enjoy the story!

(The scene opens on a huge, seemingly endless blue ocean. The water flows calmly, with many creatures swimming inside of it. On the surface of the water, the Maze Troll zooms across the ocean, wand outstretched, as he is flying himself over to the Rainbow Kingdom. He arrives at the shores of the Neverending Forest, where he slowly lands on the sand.)
Maze Troll: So this is the fabled Rainbow Kingdom...no wonder my people talked about it so much.
(Wand in hand, he marches into the Forest. As he walks, he notices multiple creatures staring at him with confused looks. He gently waves at them and they run away shortly after. He continues to explore the forest. He passes the Wishing Heart Hollow, and the village of the Yetis.)
Maze Troll: Interesting...
(The Maze Troll then continues walking and comes across a tall, purple leafed tree. He uses his wand to propel himself up to the top of the tree, and lands on its soft, purple head. He looks on to the horizon to see the Rainbow Kingdom, whose builders are constructing something new. He puts a frown on his face.)
Maze Troll: This...this isn't what my people talked about. They told stories about this, about the majestic animals and the wonderful nature...what have they done to this place...
(He jumps down from the tree.)
Maze Troll: I must return the Rainbow Kingdom back to its roots, I must. It is the only way to ensure the legend stays true. But how will I do this...?
(He walks across the Neverending Forest in wonder.)
Maze Troll: My people did say there was something...magical about this place. Multiple golden orbs of power, that can only be harnessed by the Kingdom's fabled hero.
(He looks at his wand.)
Maze Troll: Maybe...
(He puts a grin on his face. He then runs across the Neverending Forest, looking for a big empty spot. Finally, he manages to come across one.)
Maze Troll: Perfect...I'll be sure to attract this kingdom's hero in here.
(He raises his wand, and the wand lights up. He recites an incantation in the native language of the Maze Trolls, and a leafy, bushy maze begins to form. He watches in amazement as the ground shakes around him. The maze finally completes itself, and the entrance comes alive, opening its eyes.)
Maze Troll: Hee hee...now all that's left to do is to wait for this hero to show up...
(He clutches his wand and begins walking toward the entrance. The entrance magically opens up, and the Maze Troll walks inside. The entrance abruptly closes behind him.)
