As I'm walking down the hallways of school, everyone looks at me, scared and moves to the sides.

"Who's that?".

"Someone, you don't wanna mess with. Piece of advice new kid, don't go around him.".

"Why's that?".

"Anything sets him off, and he'll beat the shit out of you. He even put someone in the hospital with multiple head injuries and broken bones, because they called his sister a whore.".

"Seriously? Man, what a freak.".

I stop in my tracks and looked over my at the new kid. A few people covered the new kids mouth. "Shut up idiot, or you're next.".

A student looks at me. "Sorry about the new kid, Y/n. We'll be sure, he doesn't do this again.".

I rolled my eyes, and continued heading to class. Mia got beside me. "Hey, bub. I got a question.".

I look at her. "What is it?".

"It's okay if not, but can I move in with you?" She asked.

"Are they fighting again?" I asked about our parents.

"Yeah, and they keep screaming at me to pick a side. I'm getting tired of being dragged in the middle of their petty fights. " She said.

"That's why I moved out, and I don't mind as long as you pick up after yourself." I said.

"Thank you," She said.

"I'll help you move in tomorrow on my day off with gramps." I said.

Someone jumps on my back. "Hey, how's it going losers?" Gbf/n asked.

I chuckled, and pushed him off. "It's going,".

"How's it going, Gbf/n?" She asked.

"Trying to survive last months of high-school." Gbf/n said.

"Aren't we all?" I asked before we entered our last class. "English 4, isn't your class Mia, so why aren't you heading to math?".
