Melissa was the child of Ariel and Prince Eric. She started at Auradon prep at the same time as the son of Rapunzel and Flynn Rider. The kid was Ethan.
Melissa and Ethan dated for a couple of years. Before Ethan dumped her. So he could have fun with whatever women caught his eye. Melissa was more pissed then heartbroken.
