Y/n had just woken up from the sound of thunder. She hated thunder. She sat up hurriedly and looked out the window, flashes shining through the curtains from the booming thunder. Y/n hated thunder, or any loud noises, since she was just a child.
Once another lightning struck she squeaked and laid back in the bed and threw herself on top of Brendon, who was fast asleep. She held onto him tightly, getting tighter after every thunder rumble.
Brendon flinched out of his sleep from the sudden weight thrown on him, but relaxed when he realized it was Y/n. Until he realized she was crying.
