As decided after dropping gguk at his kindergarten the newly married couple drove towards ms cha's office, with many worries and anxiety already in their heads the two finally reached the big building. Parking the car the two stepped down, and glanced at each other walking in silence the two reached to the reception from where they were guided to ms cha's cabin. Knocking and getting permission to enter, Jungkook pushed the door and motioned tae to get in, the male smiled softly as he walked inside followed by Jungkook.

"Good morning mr and Mr Jeon, please be seated." Ms Cha Ami, greeted the two as soon as they walked in. Tho the words mr and Mr Jeon have Butterflies to both of them none reacted much and smiled a little pulling a chair.

"Good morning to you too ms cha." The two greeted back making her smile in return.

"So let's begin with the discussion I guess." Ami spoke the two hummed, the air around was already filled with tension.

"Mr Kim had already told me the details about the case and also the reason behind you both getting married. Truth to be told, this is the best decision you both took. Your marriage will surely bring a strongness to our case. But we also need to be ready to get questioned for this sudden marriage, have you both thought what would you answer when you will be questioned about why you got married so suddenly?" Ami spoke, the two hummed.

"We have thought about it, we would say that we met each other at the hospital when gguk was sick and began to have a crush on each other. After that when Taehyung became my son's personal paediatrician we came closer and ended up falling for one another, as gguk had begun to take him as his mother we thought to get married." Jungkook narrated, tho half of the story he said was made up by the two of them while they were having breakfast this morning as namjoon had already told them about this yesterday. Even knowing that half of the thing in this whole story was fake the two can't help but feel as if it was true, maybe because both of them truly had crush on one another.

"Hmm, that's good. That would seem realistic and understandable, now let me tell you the whole custody case would take place in 4 different phases. The first phase will contain just the thoughts and points from both the side, I and the other lawyer will tell the court why everything about our clients and why do we think the case should be in our favour.

Then in the second phase we would ask questions from other's clients, the opponent will ask questions and almost make you both try to get things out of you both that strengthen's their case. This phase will also included the proof and witness from both the side.

In the third phase the jury will ask questions to jeongguk himself and there are chances that before the third phase the court will ask you both to leave jeongguk with his uncle and aunt for a while day so they would get to know each other especially Jeongguk. The jury will then ask what he wants and who he loves to be with.

And lastly at the last phase we will be given the last chance to submit any left out proofs and witnesses, after concluding everything the jury will make the decision." Ami briefed them about the whole thing, the two listened to her carefully.

"Ms Cha is it necessary for gguk to stay with them even for 24 hours? I mean can't we decline that?" Jungkook asked calmly, ami shook her head.

"I guess it won't come out good, it is necessary for the child to live with both the parties so he can chose between one. I assume we would have to leave jeongguk with them atleast for 20 to 24 hours." She spoke with an apologetic smile, Jungkook sighed.
