As per their usual routine Jungkook had dropped gguk to his kindergarten and was inthe police station, a few hours after his arrival came namjoon and yoongi as he called the two to talk to them face to face. He showed them the letter and the two were too pissed.

"How dare them literally come and ask for gguk's custody? Did they even tried to visit the boy once since his parents died?" Namjoon spoke scoffing, Jungkook hummed.

"They didn't cause they don't love gguk, you both are obvious to their intentions hyung's. They want hyung's property and as per the legal papers after a year of hyung's death the property will automatically transferred to gguk's name. I am sure they must have known to it and so they have woken up now and want gguk's custody." Jungkook spoke with a sigh.

"But how did they know?" Yoongi asked.

"Maybe noona have told the about this before. I actually don't know about it much all I know is their intentions aren't right. And I forgot sure know they can't take my son away from me." Jungkook spoke, the two hummed.

"That's true tho, he have been under your care since a year. You have taken care of him and had been a fatherly figure for him. And now they can't take him away from you." Namjoon spoke, yoongi hummed agreeing.

"That's right, but do know their case might be stronger than your side." Yoongi spoke, Jungkook frowned.

"Why? And how?" He spoke, yoongi glanced at namjoon who hummed.

"Kook, they have a whole family. Gguk's uncle that's your sister in law's brother is married and have kids. They can bring this topic in front of court and say that they can provide gguk a whole family while you can." Namjoon explained, Jungkook's frown deepened.

"But I can give him more love than all of them. My gguk doesn't want a fake family, and it's even worse that his kids can bully my son as he will be their adopted brother." Jungkook spoke, the two hummed.

"We understand what you are trying to say, but just these words won't be enough. This is a very solid base for their case and it may make them win. Plus you know how cunning they are, we need to make sure we have a stronger case than them." Namjoon spoke, yoongi agreed nodding his head.

"We know gguk will surely choose you over them, but there are chances the court takes the decision of giving him to them cause of the full family side." Yoongi spoke, Jungkook sighed in frustration as he pressed his palm on his face.

"What am I supposed to do now then? Tell me something, a way to make sure none can take gguk away from me." Jungkook spoke, rubbing his palm on his face. The two glanced at each other.

"Kook we do have a way." Namjoon spoke, jungkook looked at him.

"Then tell me, I will do anything but won't let anyone take my son from me." Jungkook spoke.

"You need to get married and give gguk a full family that consists of a father and mother both." Yoongi spoke making jungkook's eyes wide.

"What are you saying hyung?" He spoke, the two male's sighed.

"This is the only way you can make your case stronger than them and your chances of winning will increase. Plus I think gguk also needs a motherly figure in his life." Namjoon spoke, the word mother made Jungkook remember someone. More specifically tae, the words of Taehyung rang in his mind and then gguk calling other eomma echoed in jungkook's head like a chant.

"How can I marry someone who will marry me just for gguk? You know hyung I don't want to marry someone just cause of some pressure. I don't wanna ruin someone's life by giving them hope that I will be their husband when I just want them as my son's mother." Jungkook spoke shaking his head he stood up walking to get the glass of water from the desk of his.

"Then we can't guarantee your win kook, understand that they will try their best to win this case." Namjoon spoke, Jungkook sighed as he sipped water.

"How about mara, you can make her understand everything and marry her?" Yoongi suggested, Jungkook gave them a blank look.

"I will prefer giving half of the property to those people on for free but won't marry that bitch." Jungkook spoke as he explained what happened a few days back that made the two males fume in anger. The two began to thought while Jungkook drank more water, a thing of his when he gets tensed. He drinks water quite too much when he is tensed and worries about something.

"Marry Taehyung." Jungkook spit water hearing namjoon's words, he began to cough badly making the two worried.

"Are you ok?" Namjoon asked rubbing Jungkook back, the male looked at namjoon with wide eyes.

"You expect me to be on after hearing what you said?" Jungkook asked, namjoon sighed.

"What wrong did I said kook? He is already taking care of gguk and as you know he loves gguk so much he would definitely be ready to help you if you explain everything to him." Namjoon spoke, yoongi agreed nodding his head.

"Hyung I..." Jungkook paused as he didn't got any words to say anything.

"Kook, talk to him once. If he don't agree we will try to find another way, but it is for sure that you need to get married to someone if you wanna win this case." Yoongi spoke, Jungkook sighed.

"What if I offer them the half of property and ask them to withdraw the case?" Jungkook asked, the two shook their heads.

"Kook, you can't literally let them take away the property you, your father and brother have made with their blood sweat and tears. You know that property is your hyung's and gguk's right and giving it to anyone just like that isn't right." Namjoon spoke, Jungkook hummed as he sighed heavily again.

"Fine, I will talk to tae in evening let's see. What will happen now?" Jungkook spoke, the two hummed and gave them and assuring smile, talking about the case for a while the two left and Jungkook went back to his work, tho the thought of talking about marriage to tae stayed in his mind for the rest of the day.
