With many thoughts running in his mind, Jungkook changed and joined the duo on the dining table. He barely spoke and stayed wondering and connecting dots, the reason for tae to be a target was not understandable for him. He was recalling all the information and clues they have collected regarding the victims who were murdered and all that he can find in common between all of them were they all beautiful and charming.

His thoughts were a mess that made him not eat properly and zone out here and there. Tae noticed the male being zoning out, and tae thought other was worried for the first hearing that is tomorrow.

Jungkook tugged gguk in his bed like usual, his restless heart didn't let him be away from tae. As he walked out of gguk's room he made his way to tae's room. Knocking on the door Jungkook waited for it to be opened, a few minutes and the door was pulled open by a cutely dressed male, tae was wearing an over sized night outfit that made him look more adorable then ever. It was jungkook's first time seeing the male being dressed in his night wears and truth to be told he found tae beautiful and pretty at this hour of night as well.

"What happened? Kook." Tae waved his palm when Jungkook just stood there staring at him hearing his name being called Jungkook blinked and hummed.

"Can I come inside?" He asked, tae hummed moving away making way for the male. Walking in the two stood in the center, Jungkook sighed aloud.

"Are you worried about the case don't be, everything will turn out good." Tae spoke in an assuring tone, Jungkook hummed.

"Hmm, custody case is one thing I am indeed worried for that, but... There's something more that had got me worried." Jungkook spoke as he looked at tae who was staring at him with a confused frown.

"And what's that?" Tae asked tilting his head side ways.

"The balloon, the one you got in the grocery store. Tae there is a serial killer moving around the city, he have killed more then 5 people brututally and before killing his victims he gives them the same balloon you received in evening." Jungkook spoke, tae's frown deepened.

"But why would someone wants to kill me, I didn't do anything to anyone. Plus it can be a coincidence right?" Tae asked, Jungkook sighed shaking his head.

"I have no idea about it, but the clues are all giving the same idea. The culprit targets beautiful people, and..." Jungkook trailed off as he stared at tae, the male gulped hard. A way of fear rushed in his body and his eyes showed that emotion. Jungkook was quick to see the fear flowing on other's eyes.

"I know it is something to be scared of tae, but I can assure you will catch that person as soon as possible. Just...just don't go out until it is necessary, let's do one thing let gguk be on break until the culprit get caught. If gguk will go to kindergarten you need to go too pick him and the danger will be on both of you. It's better if you and gguk stays at home." Jungkook spoke in an assurtone. Tae blinked and looked at the male.

"What if the killer broke into the house? What will I do?" Tae asked, shrivers ran down in his spine just by thinking about the possibility. Jungkook softly held his shoulder and looked in tae's eyes with soft gaze.

"I will appoint some officers in civil dress around our house. They won't let anyone inside until and unless they are our closed ones that's either your friends or mine. So rest assured, plus I will call you whenever I have time. To make sure you are safe." Jungkook spoke, tae hummed in understanding but the fear from his eyes didn't went away. Jungkook felt bad seeing the fear filled eyes, not knowing what else he should say to assure other he just pulled the male close to his chest.
