"Oh no! Is she ok?!"

"Won't you relax? We went through the same procedure with everyone else, you included. Besides, it'd be dumb for me to harm a participant for no reason."

"I don't trust your judgment! No matter what, drugging someone without their consent is harmful!"

My eyes fluttered open. It felt as though my head had just got done spinning in a million circles... or as if I had just got done riding a reckless boat. Yeah, that's probably it.

I lifted my body from the boat's hard wooden floor.

"Ah, you're awake," Nina stated, startling me as I hadn't noticed she was behind me. Nina then pushed me forward. "Now, get off! We have better things to do than spend extra time hauling your ass!"

I let out a small squeak before swiftly grabbing my bag and hopping off of the boat onto land. Usually I'd let out some kind of remark when people are rude to me, but frankly I don't feel like talking back to a demon doll.

I turned my body to face the two who were speaking earlier. I saw a girl with purple hair who seemed to be around my age, and a tall woman with black hair in a ponytail.

"Good, our last contestant is here!" The taller lady boasted, a huge smile on her face, "Welcome to Camp Tipiskaw, number 14!"

"Don't be so nonchalant!" purple-haired anxiously scolded ponytail. She then placed a hand on my shoulder, "Are you alright? You're not hurt anywhere?"

I shook my head, "I feel a bit dizzy, but then again I just woke up. I'm sure I'll feel normal in a few minutes." Mentally I was happy another person seemed to be concerned about the ethicalities of this set-up.

Purple-hair blew a sigh of relief, but in return the other lady scoffed.

"See? I told you, the drug does nothing but put them to sleep," she then beamed me a smile, "Now, before any more complaints, here. For you, number 14."

She held out a card. I gulped, looking up at her. From this angle, there sure was an ominous feel to her, especially with that mischievous smile...

I grabbed the card. It read;

'Welcome to Camp Tipiskaw! You've been assigned to cabin number 14. Make sure you sleep in a cabin every night and nowhere else.

At this camp you will be spending an indefinite amount of time with 13 others. It will be in your best interest to build relationships so you can make it farther into the game!'

There was then a small note at the button instructing me to turn the card over for instructions over the game. I mentally snickered to myself. I've watched Disventure Camp before, I know the rules already.

Or so I thought.

I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me when I read the back of the card.

'In this game, dubbed "The Killing Game" you will need to either kill or survive to win.

After a murder on the island is committed, everyone will participate in a "Camp Trial" to figure out who the murderer is. If the majority votes for the correct person, the killer is punished. If the majority vote is wrong, everyone besides the killer is punished.

You may either win by committing a murder and getting away with it, or by being 1 out of the 2 last people in the game.'

I flipped the card to the front and flipped it to the back again, as if that'd magically change the text to explain how the actual Disventure Camp works.

"If you haven't noticed," the lady started, as if there was nothing unusual with the card, "I will be your host for this show. My name is Kristal. The people who lovingly transported you here were Marc and Nina."
