Chapter 9

The next day
After what happen yesterday... y/n was trying to process..
She was in her bathroom bandaging up the cuts he left on her arm... she stood there looking at herself in the mirror taking a deep Breath...
" here it goes..." she said walking out her restroom having her suit on...
After she was done getting ready she was walking down the crowded hall to the main building... she walked seeing it empty... she went to her station and got to work.. she was standing there finding the location for vulture... she knew he was getting close..... and she just want to prove Miguel that she could stop him on her own..... she heard the door open and she was expecting it to be Peter....  she looked over and saw Miguel which made her feel nervous and got clumsy accidentally dropped somethings....
" damnit.." she whispered Miguel looked over and saw y/n picking up the things she dropped..
" y/n..." he said in a soft tone... and walked towards her...
" hey.." she said smiling nervously
" how are you feeling?" She asked
" I'm fine what about you..?" He asked
" I'm fine as well..." she said
" y/n.. you have no idea how sorry I am for what I did...."
" I didn't mean to do it..." he said
" it's fine Miguel"
" don't worry about it.."
" things like this happen.." she said slightly smiling at him...
" wow...." he said
" what? Did I do something wrong?" She said
" no no... it's just the things I done haven't been to nice...and I am shocked over how okay you are with all of this..." he said
" cause I know you didn't mean it.... well you doing this..I don't know about the rest" she said
Making Miguel chuckled...
Y/n nervously smiled she was shocked that she made Miguel chuckled..
" can't believe I'm saying this but I was probably wrong about you." He said
" are you just being nice to me cause you feel bad what you did?" She asked
" maybe..." he said
" well that was very obvious" y/n said
smiling..
Miguel smiled back and looking right into her eyes... you notice the sparkles in both of their eyes...
Till the alarm was going off...
Y/n let out a small sigh and looked away...
" Um well I think that's time for a new mission" she said
" right a new mission..." he said
" a new mission....." y/n whispered....
" I- I have to go..." she said backing away. And walked away from him
" hey where are you going?" He asked
" somewhere..." she said twisting her watch to open a portal.....
Miguel stood there getting a odd feeling.....
" Parker" he said
" what's wrong now?" He asked
" it's vulture" peter said
" again...." he said
" vulture..." he said
" vulture..." he said realizing why y/n left like that....
She wanted to stop vulture on her own....
" we need to stop y/n..." he said
" what do you mean?" Peter asked
" we don't want her to mess this mission up again...." he said standing in the middle opening a  portal.......
