Firewalk (Chapter 3)

They are walking for about an hour until they hear loud music coming from the mill leading them close...

Justin: Hey! I think this is the way..

Chloe's eyes narrow, trying to make out the source of the music through the trees...

Chloe: Hey, I think you're right. Let's keep walking towards the music.

They walk a little down the path and see a no trespassing sign...

Justin: I say we hop it.. The mill is this way..

Chloe glances at the sign, a smirk playing on her lips...

Chloe: Sure thing. Hopping a fence is child's play. Let's go.

They walk a little more down the path and see the old mill.. They see Damon leaning on franks RV, And a couple of his friends.. Then they see a bouncer standing at the front entrance.. Then Justin speaks...

Justin: Chloe.. You need to talk him in to letting us in the mill.. You know what to do..

Chloe's heart starts racing as she surveys the scene in front of her. The sight of Damon and his friends makes her uneasy, and the bouncer at the entrance makes things look even more difficult...

Chloe: You want me to try to talk the bouncer into letting us in? I don't even know if I can do that..

Justin: I believe in you..

Chloe feels a mix of anxiety and determination coursing through her. She takes a deep breath, mentally preparing herself for the challenge ahead...

Chloe: Alright, I'll do my best. You stay here, I'm gonna go talk to that bouncer.

Bouncer: Can i help you miss?

Chloe tries to put on her most charming smile...

Chloe: Hey, hi. Yeah, I was wondering if you could do me and my friend a little favor. See, we're here to meet some friends, and we were wondering if you could, maybe, let us in?

Bouncer: Aren't you a little young?

Chloe feigns innocence, batting her eyelashes...

Chloe: Oh, come on, I'm not that young. I swear, we won't cause any trouble. We just wanna enjoy the party together with our friends. Please?

Bouncer: I'm sorry miss but.. My boss will not be happy if he found out i let you in.. Especially underage..

Chloe feigns disappointment, pouting her lips and giving him her best puppy dog eyes...
