Note; This is a sequel to the first Alchemara book. I STRONGLY recommend reading that one before coming back here.

4 Months later..

Purple was walking around her kingdom, waving back as people waved at her. She knew that people loved her but wow.. she never expected to be practically crowded everywhere she went. She needed a moment of peace.

As she continued to walk around, she noticed a small stall of flowers and walked over.

"Good evening, Orchid." Purple spoke as Orchid looked at her.

"Oh! Good evening, your majesty! To what do I owe the pleasure?" She asked with a smile as Purple looked at the flowers. There were a couple well known ones but these.. rainbow looking roses caught her eye.

"What are those?" She asked pointing. Orchid looked at the flowers she was referring to and smiled.

"Oh! Those are Spectrum Blossoms. They're light pink roses that have a rainbow tint when held into the sun— not to be confused with Pink Roses, that is." Orchid giggled. "They're 10 Starstones for a whole pot, which is 6 flowers."

"Hmm.." Purple hummed. She pulled out her purse, placing the 10 Starstones into Orchid's hands, with a smile. "I'm always happy to support a small business."

"Oh! Thank you so much!" Orchid smiled, handing Purple the pot.

Purple swiftly walked back to the castle, figuring that she should probably put the pot somewhere safe before continuing her walk. She walked inside, and opened the door to her dad's room, and paused. She put the pot down on the side table and walked around the bed, looking at the view.

A boy with blonde hair was sleeping in it.

Purple gently shook them. "Hello? A-are you.. okay?" She asked.

The boy opened his eyes, looking at Purple and she paused. She then gasped, recognizing his face from various pictures.

".. Gold?" She mumbled. He looked up at her with tired eyes.

"..who are you again?" He spoke tiredly. Purple rolled her eyes.

"Gold, you've been missing for— five years! Where have you been?" She said as Gold stood up, stretching.

"I'll explain all of that later. Where's dad?" He said, looking back at Purple who looked down.

"..Gold. Dad is dead." She spoke. Gold's eyes widened.

"Y-You liar! You're such a.. ffucking liar.." Gold said through a smile, before grabbing his spear and running out the room.

Purple watched him run out and as she was about to chase him, a small yellow orb flew up to her. As she read the message on it, she gave a small huff. She could leave.. after all, this was Gold's home too.

Purple gave another huff before exiting the castle, making her way to Thundertech.

Yellow glared at the small device on the table, tapping it. Blue looked at him in confusion.

"W..what is it?" Blue asked as Yellow sighed. He glared at the device again.

"A spying device. More so, some kind of listening device." Yellow spoke as Blue gasped, then his face went red.

Yellow looked at him in confusion. "Huh? What is it babe?"

"A..uhm.. thatdevicehasbeenlisteningtousthewholetime..even..y..yknow.." He said as Yellow's Face also went red.

"B-BLUE!!" He said as Blue laughed, summoning his pot. "Either way.. I'm making dinner." He giggled as Yellow rolled his eyes.

"Okay, okay, you may want to make some extras. I invited Red and Purple." He said. "The others weren't available so.."

Blue sighed, mixing in some carrots, green onions, and other vegetables. He summonsed a book floating in the air, reading off it as he stirred the pot.

Yellow sighed, looking at Blue. "I hope this thing doesn't get aggressive again." He spoke, putting on his goggles, examining the small device. That's when he noticed the switch on the back of it, a very small button. He pressed it as the black green had two dot eyes, and looked at him, making him jump.

"WUAHH!!" He shouted as he fell back.

"A— you okay Hun??" Blue looked over as Yellow nodded. "Y-yeah." He spoke looking back at the device. The device used it propeller to float towards him, as it was now just in his face, making a few beeping sounds.

Yellow seemed understandably confused and scared as he was just fighting this thing a second ago. Yellow held out his hand as it landed on his hand, looking up at him.

"You're.. not gonna attack me.. right?" He asked as it beeped in response. "Okay, don't freak out.. don't freak out, Yells. You're talking to a floating box.. you're not crazy." He reassured himself as the box flew up once again and landed on his head. Yellow gave a gentle sigh.

"I think.. I'm gonna call you BoltBox." He smiled, as BB gave a happy sounding beep in response.

Just then, Purple and Red came through the door. "What seems to be the issue? Is it an elemental emergency? Something wrong with the Ley-Lines? Is the Dark Lord back???" Purple asked as Yellow gently sat her down on the couch.

"Calm down.." He said. He pointed to his head. "This guy is our issue."

"H-Huh?" Purple asked as Red looked confused. "I.. I don't follow." He said.

Yellow sighed. "It's a spying device. I-I'll explain more once I analyze it but.. I think.. I think it has something to do with.. Acting Grand Master Stormfright."
