my dog
has the soul of a cat.
He does bark, bite and even follow his tail
but he also seems as if he could even read braille.
I guess my Rocky
was Ramona somewhere in the past.
He does love to chew on socks and shoes
but he also squints fondly at the news.
I guess my labrador
thinks he is a british shorthair.
He does wag his as fast as he can
but he also knits whenever he can.
I guess my dog
even knows how to "meow"
for when he tries to woof and whine
all we hear is a mix of meows and growls.
All because...
he has the soul of a cat.
