When he left her, she collected her broken pieces of heart and secured it in the walls so high and deep that she thinks now, no one can tear down.

It's friday now and as I reached the venue where wedding will take place one month from today, i saw how enormous and beautiful this place is. It has magical and charming aura around it. across from venue there is a hotel suite which is very classy and elegant. okay now where's Lavi, i called her and she Picked up on second ring.
"Oye Lavi! where are you? I am standing outside the hotel, come pick me up."
"oh ofcourse! wait I am coming."
after minutes Lavi came running and hugged me so tight that I chuckled and said- "okay enough! I know you missed me but leave me now or tanishk will be jealous if he saw you like this" I tried to tease her.
"Bitch! shut up and let's go in"
we both got inside and the interior of the palace's hotel has my jaw dropped to floor. the Black marble steps lead to a beautiful Reception area with beige and white combination walls and glass interior. we got to 30th floor after taking my room's keycard and the view was magnificent and lively with cold air passing my face, I basked in sunlight and enjoyed its Radiant warmth in this cold weather.

my room was also quite exclusive with brown and white texture walls, large bed which looks quite comfy and my fav spot of room, balcony from where I just viewed and enjoyed. Lavi and me got settled on my bed and she started telling me about all the wedding plans and upcoming events which are going to start after some days. she was telling me this all with excitement and a spirit that is so high on getting married to the love of her life. seeing her so animate and excited behavior, I wondered if I would ever be able to love someone again and find happy ending like her?
thinking about love my thoughts again wandered around Aarav. how would he react on seing me, would he Recongnise me, would he ignore me or talk with me? and most importantly how would I react and how would i protect this stupid heart of mine who starts beating fast on mere thought of him like i ran a marathon imagine it's reaction upon seeing him!
Oh god no! Not again, I am over him and over this affection or whatever I had towards him. And I would not get affected by his charms and his attractive face again.
"Penny for your thoughts " she brought me back from my thoughts
"oh sorry what were you saying"I asked embarrassed.
"first tell me you were thinking about him na?" she teased me.
"no-" I begin to say but she interuppted.
"and don't you dare to deny because I saw the look on your face" she said with narrowed eyes.
"look on my face?" I asked confused.
"yeah the look you have when you think about him somewhat nervous and little excited" she said in confindent tone like she is proud of herself for this accomplishment.
"oh I do not get excited over him?" I denied
"means I was right about both things" she said michieviously
"both?" I asked confused.
"yeah first you were thinking about him and second you are nervous"
"yeah I am nervous" I admitted hesitantly.
" oh nainu it's gonna be okay, you dont have to be nervous Because there's nothing wrong in what you felt for him years ago" her eyes softened and she said in her soothing tone.
" yeah but I want to Protect me, now I can't give him the freedom again to destroy my mental piece" i voiced my worries to her.
"Oh don't worry our friends are gonna be with you. you will not be alone with him and if at any point you feel overwhelmed, come to me and i will be with you " she Reassured me.
" oh I love you lavi" I hugged her
"I know and I love you too" she said.
after our emotional breakdown and some chit chat later she left me to get Rest as there's a party in the evening with all of our friends. he will also be there but I don't have to be nervous Lavi was right, it was many years ago, I am mature and in quite control of my emotions. It's just one month. It will be over soon like these last years.......
