Red hood and me

Late night

It had been another late night at work as you locked up your study and looked at the door that read Fox tech, as you looked at the door you looked back on your life and wondered how you even got here. As you checked one more time to see if you had locked the door you took out your phone and looked at your texts to see you had seven notifications, three from a unknow number and four from a number that looked similar to your friend Damian's number. As you pulled up the unknow number it read 'Stay at the nearest hotel, or you may find yourself dead. I mean it don't walk home by yourself, I MEAN IT!' The last text read all caps as if someone was screaming at you, you looked at the text confused and decided to delete it as you thought it must be a scam.

You pulled up Damian's text that read Movie night meet at my place be safe. You instantly responded eager and excited 'Sure! Be there soon' you texted back putting your phone away and started to walk out the building you had a feeling you were being watched but didn't care you keep walking until you got to the bus stop.

As you waited for the buss you saw an old man across the street crossing the road "Huh he looks very familiar" you thought to yourself as you watched the old man you notice he dropped an apple he had been carrying in three grocery bags, you saw him set down the bags on the other side walk and walk back for the apple as you saw him go to pick it up you saw a car coming through the path seeming not to see the old man. As he was bent down you set your stuff down on the bench and ran as fast as you could, as you picked up the old man and caught the apple he had dropped again you quickly ran him over to the other side of the street where he had set down his stuff "Thank you young miss" The old man said in a British accent as he picked up his stuff and walked towards a Taxi. I walked back over to the bus stop to catch it just in time. As I waited on the bus to get off at my stop, I grabbed out my phone and saw I had a text from Damian that read 'sorry have to cancel last minute sorry family emergency!' You quickly respond 'not a problem I understand.' As you finish your text and send it you get off the bus as it is the last stop, but you don't seem to mind as your house was only a block away from where you were now.

As you walked you felt somebody was following you so you took a left pass the Gotham casino and keep walking you look back and see no one as your walking you still have that feeling so you take a left pass the Gotham laundry mat and then a right pass Gotham fountain but as you kept walking you look back one more time and somehow find yourself in an alleyway.

As you turn around you see a person who looks to be a man in their mid-thirty's dressed in all black with ski mask as you stand with your back to the wall the man approaches you, "Give me all of your valuable items you have on you!" He yelled at you as you start to toss him your purse and other nice things when you had finally given him all of your things he noticed a gold locket with an engraving that read "To my daughter to matter what happens I'll always love you- your father" "PLEASE!" You yelled "this is the only thing I have from my childhood!" As you dropped to the ground and started to cry, he held a gun to you and shot you in the shoulder to ensure his getaway.

As you sat there tightly holding the gold locket you hear a deep voice that sounded ruff "Give her back her stuff before I hit you harder than you shot her" you pulled your head up to see who said that to see a masked figure with a leather jacket and a red hood. "Who the hell are you!?" the man asked as he looked at the masked figure "really?" the man asked, "Red hood?... Leather jacket?... I'm Red hood." The man said identifying himself "Oh your one of the bats brats" the man said looking at Red hood as he pulled out his guns and shot him in the gut.
