Chapter 23

*1 year later*

Jason's POV

"Aurora grab you brother please." I groaned in frustration this little boy loves to mess with everything.

It's been frustrating around here since we moved out. I been stressed out with the gang... & on this new house that's under construction were right now Living in a simple 3 bedroom house with 2 bathroom it has a pool outside at least. Erika just got a new job as a assistant at this big company.

"Daddy! Mason won't stop trying to eat my dolls!" She yelled. I groaned.

"Mason!" I yelled. That boy is not stupid he could understand me. He can wobbling in on his 2 feet with his fingers in his mouth.

"Why are you bothering your sister?" I asked frustrated.

He laughed & clapped his hands together. I couldn't be mad at him. I laughed & picked him up walking over to Aurora.

"Your mothers still not home it's getting late?" I asked sitting on the couch with Mason playing with him.

"Nope..." Aurora said.

I nodded. "Are you hungry?" I asked.

"Ooh! Can we have pizza tonight!" Aurora said jumping down.

I laughed & nodded. "What do you think buddy?" I asked Mason. He laughed & jumped up & down clapping.

"Why doesn't he talk." Aurora said looking at him.

"He's just a baby... You didn't talk until you were atleast about almost a 1 year & a half."

She nodded. "Okay Aurora go play with your brother while I order the pizza & clean up the house."

She nodded & grabbed her brother taking him upstairs. I called the pizza & it should be here no later then 15 minutes. I was picking up the toys & everything when I decided to call Erika.

The phone kept ringing & ringing no answer. I rolled my eyes & tossed my phone on the couch continuing to clean up.

"Knock, knock, knock"

"PIZZA!" I hear Aurora yell with Mason on her coming down the steps.

"Woah, woah. Babygirl you have to be careful with him." I said seriously taking Mason from her placing him on my side.

I opened the door. "Pizza for Johnson?" The man asked looking down.

I nodded. "How much?" I asked fixing Mason on my side grabbing my wallet.

"$25."

I handed him a 20 dollar bill with a 10. "Keep the change." I mumbled. He nodded & handed me the pizza.

Aurora ran to the table. "Savage." I laughed.

I placed Mason in his highchair & placed the pizza on the table. I grabbed the plates from the cabinet giving one to Aurora with a slice of pizza on it.

"Good?" I asked because she was legit stuffing her face with the pizza. She nodded with her mouth full.

"So? Mason. Bananas & cream or peas with carrots." I said looking at the containers of baby food.

He just shook his head. "Umh, let's go with the bananas & cream because i don't really like vegetables either." I said laughing sitting down.

I started to feed Mason. "Daddy can I get another slice." Aurora asked.

I nodded cleaning off masons face handing her another piece of pizza. I feel my phone go off in my pocket I place Masons spoon down wiping off his face answer my phone.
