NO ONE'S POV

The long-awaited day of their wedding had finally dawned, a milestone both Jungkook and Taehyung had eagerly anticipated. Yet, despite the significance of the occasion, Taehyung's demeanor remained tinged with unresolved discontent.

"Hyungie, today is our wedding day. I beg you, please find it in your heart to forgive me at least today," Jungkook pleaded, his voice filled with genuine remorse.

Taehyung's face, though softened by affection, retained a hint of firmness. "Very well, Jungkook. I will grant you this concession. However, you must remember that full forgiveness will come only after you have faced the consequences of your actions tonight."

Jungkook's eyes widened in concern. "Punishment, Hyungie? Are you intending to punish me physically?"

Taehyung sighed, a mixture of exasperation and tenderness in his voice. "What am I to do with your unblemished innocence? However, rest assured that after tonight, your innocence will no longer be a factor. No, I will not resort to physical punishment. Instead, I have a more specific punishment in mind for you. Do you understand?"

Jungkook nodded, his face reflecting both relief and trepidation. "Yes, Hyungie. I understand."

Taehyung's expression softened slightly, his eyes meeting Jungkook's with a touch of warmth. "Good. Now, ensure that you present yourself impeccably as we proceed to the aisle. Your friends slash hyungs will soon arrive with RM and Suga to oversee the final preparations. They will come to greet you, and I have yet to absolve them of their misconduct that night. For now, put all concerns aside and savor this day. It is our wedding, after all."

Jungkook took a deep breath, accepting the gravity of Taehyung's words. "I will, Hyungie. Thank you."

Taehyung leaned in and placed a gentle kiss on Jungkook's forehead, a gesture of both affection and reassurance. "I will see you at the altar," he said softly before turning and leaving the room.

Jungkook had just finished slipping into his wedding attire, and his makeup artist had put the final touches on his look. As he rose from his seat, Jin and Jimin walked into the room, their eyes widening at the sight of him.

"My God, Kookie," Jimin gasped, unable to hide his awe. "You look absolutely divine—stunning, really!"

Jin, ever the charmer, couldn't help but add with a playful smile, "Yes, Kookie, today you're almost as handsome as me—the Worldwide Handsome."

Despite their compliments, Jungkook remained silent, turning his face away from them as he settled back down in his seat, his expression unreadable.

Jin and Jimin exchanged worried glances, realizing that something was off. They moved closer to him, their earlier lightheartedness fading.

"Kookie," Jin began, his voice soft and filled with concern, "Are you still upset with us about what happened that day? Please, we're so sorry. We weren't there for you the way we should have been."

Jimin nodded in agreement, his tone equally remorseful. "Yes, Kookie, we've been feeling so guilty about it. Please, forgive us."

Jungkook stood up again, turning to face them with a sigh. "Chim-hyung, Jin-eomma, do you really think I'm still upset about that? Do you?"

Jin looked at him, confused. "If that's not it, then what's bothering you?"

Jungkook let out a heavy breath, his gaze steady. "Hyung, today is my wedding day—a day I've been dreaming about. You two are my family, yet you're just getting here now? I could be called to the aisle at any moment, and you should have been here with me from the start, from this morning."

Jimin quickly responded, his voice laced with regret. "Oh, Kookie, we wanted to be here earlier, but Taehyung insisted we stay away. You know how your Hyungie can be."

A small smile tugged at Jungkook's lips. "Hyungie is sweet, though. He just has his own way of doing things."

Jin chuckled, shaking his head in disbelief. "Sweet? Taehyung? He's only sweet to you, Kookie. Jimin and I know the real story. If it weren't for our boyfriends, Taehyung would have taken care of us a long time ago after that night."

Jimin nodded, his expression serious. "He's only letting us be here because he knows it makes you happy, Kookie. Otherwise, we thought we'd only be seeing you in our dreams from now on."

Jungkook couldn't help but laugh softly, amused by their dramatics. "You two talk as if Hyungie is some kind of monster. But even he hasn't forgiven me yet."

Jin looked at Jungkook with concern and asked, "Is Taehyung still angry with you?"

Jimin, trying to lighten the mood, replied with a reassuring smile, "He is, but you know him, Kookie. He can never stay mad at you for long."

Jungkook sighed, a hint of worry in his eyes. "I know, Hyung, but he told me that he won't forgive me until he gives me a special punishment on our wedding night."

Jin couldn't help but cough awkwardly at the implication, while Jimin's lips curled into a mischievous smirk. "A special punishment, you say. Oh, Kookie, it sounds like tonight might be the last time you'll know any innocence. RIP KOOBOOTY"

Jin, embarrassed by Jimin's teasing, quickly gave him a light smack on the head. Meanwhile, Jungkook, his usual innocent self, looked at Jin with wide eyes, completely confused by the exchange.

Sensing Jungkook's confusion, Jin quickly stepped in to diffuse the situation. "Jungkook, baby, just ignore Jimin, okay? He's just being his usual playful self. As for your punishment, well... just try to enjoy it, alright? And by the way, I'll be expecting all the details tomorrow."

"But Hyung," Jungkook protested, a slight frown on his face, "punishments aren't meant to be enjoyed, right?"

Jimin couldn't resist chiming in with a sly grin, "Oh, Kookie, you'll find out soon enough that sometimes a punishment can be more about pleasure than pain."

"Huh?" Jungkook tilted his head, about to ask more questions, but before he could, Suga entered the room, bringing a calm and collected energy with him.

"Jungkook, you look absolutely stunning," Suga said with a warm, approving smile. "But it's time. Taehyung is waiting for you at the altar. When the music starts, you'll make your entrance with Jin and Jimin, okay?"

Jungkook nodded, taking a deep breath as the reality of the moment settled in. Suga gave him an encouraging pat on the shoulder before quietly exiting the room.

As soon as Suga left, Jin and Jimin moved closer, sensing Jungkook's nervousness. Jin placed a comforting hand on his shoulder. "Kookie, there's nothing to worry about. You're going to be amazing out there."

Jimin nodded in agreement, his tone softening with affection. "Just take a deep breath and remember, we're right here with you. You've got this."

Jungkook looked at them both, feeling a mix of emotions—love, nerves, and excitement. He took another deep breath, the support of his friends giving him the strength he needed to face the most important moment of his life.
