Chemo sucks. I feel more sucky than usual today. Maybe because the school took a field trip to HAWAII. And that day was Frank and Hazel's first day. So I'm Aloooone. "Hello Percy " a familiar voice said. I looked at the door and saw my Dad, standing there, grinning at me. Of course I smiled back. "Hey dad" I said. "Percy you are brave" was all he said. "Yeah, I know" I said smirking. He laughed. "How do you do it Percy" he asked. "Do what" I asked. "Your so happy even though.." He trailed off.
"Yeah, my life sucks, but hope is keeping me up". He smiled, and I felt better.
