Annabeth POV

I laughed. "No Percy, I will not design a building shaped like Nemo. EVER". "Awww" he whined, giving me those baby seal eyes. "Nope, not gonna work". He sighed, "Fine". I snuggled up to him. "I missed you Annabeth, why did you have to go to Hawaii. And WITHOUT ME".

"I didn't choose to. I had too". I got so close to him, I could feel his breath on my head. "I didn't just miss you, I NEEDED you". I felt like crying. I had to be here for him. And I let school get in the way. "Ok, maybe I should just stay here with you, I'm sor-"

"No' he interrupted. "I am not as important as school, and that shit". I laughed, as he continued. "I can take care of myself. YOU need school, so you can become even MORE smart". He leaned in and kissed me. (Now the stuff I suck at). " I love you" he whispered against my lips.

"I love you too" I said, and we kissed again. 

After a million years, we broke apart.

I gasped for breath, like a fish on land. "Wow, that was long". "Way to state the obvious" I told him. He smirked. "It's one of the things you love about me". I rolled my eyes, but smiled a bit. 

"Knock knock". "What do you want, Thalia" I grumbled. 

"How'd you know it was me". "Uh, who else would say 'Knock Knock' at a time like this" Percy said.

"Touche" she said, and opened the door.

"Were you guys having-" 

"NO" we both yelled red faced.

She grinned. "How are my favorite cousin and Little sister". "Amazing" Percy said sarcastically. "Great" Thalia said, ignoring the sarcasm. 

"Not to be rude, well actually, to be rude, Why are you here"I asked. "Well, dearest Annabeth, I just came to say I missed you guys, the hunters are leaving, and won't be back for a few months. So bye"

"Bye Thals, I'll miss you" Percy said. I got up and hugged her, "Bye, Thalia, you better be back soon, because I'll miss you so much".

She laughed, "Bye Annie, Kelp Head". Percy stuck out his tongue, but she was long gone.

I still understand how he changed so fast. He was incredibly pale, his Sea Green eyes didn't have that playful glow, his black raven hair gone. Yet, he was still beautiful to me. "So" I started. "There is this girl named Tara"

"Tara Tornado?"

"Yup. She can see through the mist. We don't know if she's a demigod or not"

"If she's a demigod, definitely Hades". "She can't be, maybe Hectate. Hermes" I told him. "The three H's". I rolled my eyes. "I don't get you Percy, at all". I got even closer to him. He wrapped his arm around me.

"Hey, where are the others" he asked. "Leo has detention..again. Piper and Jason are doing homework. And Frank and Hazel...probably..making out?". "Haha, maybe more than that". He wiggled his eyebrows.

I smacked his shoulder. "Ow, sorry, sorry" he mumbled.

I kissed hi shoulder. "Better?"

He grinned, "Amazing".

I smiled, but something was bothering me. His words, "I need you Annabeth". I HAD to be there for him, but he didn't want me too.

"What are you thinking about, you have that face"

"What face"

"A thinking face". I stifled a laugh, "A face YOU never have".

He put a hand on his heart. "I'm insulted"

"I thought you would've gotten used to it by now". 

"Nope" he said, popping the 'p'. I rolled my eyes. "You, sir, are incredibly dumb". He gasped again. "Seaweed Brain". The rest of the night, we snuggled together, like the 'Stable Night', as Leo puts it. 

"I need you Annabeth".
