🖇️I woke up and checked the time on my iPhone. It was 6:13 AM.
I glanced over at the boy on the bed next to mine. He was really cute. How did he even get here?
Ah, I remember now.
I looked at my leg, wrapped in bandages.
The boy slowly opened his eyes.
"Good morning, boy whose name I don't know yet," I said with a wide gummy smile on my face.

🧩I drifted lazily out of dreamland, opening my eyes to see the girl in front of me smiling brightly.
"Good morning, boy whose name I don't know yet," she said with a smile.
I felt my cheeks heat up.
"Uh, g-good morning," I replied, smiling back.
She got up, and I followed her lead.
"Good morning, guys!" she greeted the others in the living room, her smile so big it made her eyes nearly disappear.
"Morning," they all replied, smiling in return.
We both sat down.
"So, what's your name?" asked a blonde boy curiously.
"Han Jisung," I replied.
A dark-haired boy stared at me in shock, his face familiar.
"Jisung...?" he asked, his voice ringing a bell in my mind.
I recognized his voice immediately.
"Lino!" I exclaimed, my eyes lighting up, and his did too.
He stood up and pulled me into a tight bear hug.
"I missed you," he chuckled.
"I missed you too," I smiled back.
"Oh, is this the boy you were talking about, Min?" asked another boy.
"Yep, sure is, Chan!" Lino replied with a grin.
"So your name is Han Jisung. And you are...?" the girl asked, tilting her head to the side cutely.
"I'm Han Jisung, 18. I lived near Yongsan Family Park. I went to Ham High School. I like Grave of the Fireflies—it's my favorite movie. I don't watch a lot of series, but I really like the song 'Gone Away.' Oh, and I love cheesecake!" I said enthusiastically, grinning.
"I love cheesecake too!" the small girl replied, her smile stretching from ear to ear. Her smile is beautiful.
"Cool! What's your favorite flavor?" I asked, equally excited.
"It's chocolate," a tall boy with shoulder-length brown hair answered before she could.
"Hey! I was going to say that!" she pouted adorably.
"Are you two dating?" I asked, glancing at the pair. She was sitting on the sofa, and he was standing behind it, hugging her shoulders.
The boy blushed and smiled a little, but the girl laughed and shook her head.
"No, he's my bestest friend, since before I was even born! And he always will be," she said cheerfully.
I noticed the boy's smile falter slightly before he forced a bigger one and nodded.
"Oh, cool! Uh, and me and...?" I trailed off, looking at the girl for her name.
"Haewon. Kang Haewon," Lino answered for her.
"So, Haewon and I are both injured. We'll probably stay here, right? Will someone be with us?" I asked cautiously.
"Yeah, it's better that way. We'll rotate who stays with you both each day," Chan replied.
"Perfect, thank you so much!" Haewon beamed at him.
"Alright, introductions time! I'm Bang Chan, 19. This is Lee Know, 18; Seo Changbin, 19; Hwang Hyunjin, 18; Lee Felix, 18; Han Jisung, 18; Kim Seungmin, 18; and our maknaes, Yang Jeongin and Kang Haewon, who are 17. Felix and I are Australian, Haewon is half-Japanese, half-Korean, and the rest are Korean," Chan explained.
"Oh, cool! I'm Korean too, but I lived abroad for a while, so I also speak English," I said, relieved.
"We should finish eating and get ready to head out," Chan continued. "Felix, can you stay here today?"
"Sure," Felix said with a smile.
"Awww, I wanted to stay," Hyunjin whined dramatically, pouting.
"Stop being a drama llama, Jinnie," Haewon teased, laughing.
