Chapter 8

Sam: "Mmmn, bro where am i?"

*cooking noises*

Lucki: "Yo, you're up?"

Sam: "HUH?! Why am I at your place!" Sam looks around to see some of the others sleeping as well.

Sam:💭"Huh?! Dante, Zane, Red, and Felix?

Lucki: "Everyone passed out on the way back so, I just let some of you stay here."

Lucki gives Sam a plate of bacon and eggs and then walks back to continue cooking food for the others.

Lucki: "Ya'll are mostly here because most of you don't have any parents, and Zane and Red's house got destroyed so they're just gonna be staying here especially after what happened."

Sam: "Wait but i have parents, wait a minute... Bro my mom and step dad are going to kill me!" Sam says as he puts his hands on his head.

Lucki: "Nah, remember you were staying over at Red and Zanes."

Sam: "Oh yeah. Wait how do you know that?"

Lucki: "Zane told me on the way back to earth."

Sam: "Man my body is so sore."

Lucki: "Good, that means you tried."

Sam: "Yeah but not gonna lie i was still kinda useless."

Dante: "Mmmn nah, you did good." Dante says as he rolls over to face Sam.

Sam: "Dante?! When did you wake up?"

Dante: "A little bit ago man, yall were yapping so it woke me up."

Sam: "Sorry man."

Dante: "Nah, Nah, it's fine bro."

Zane gets up and slouches down to Sam and Dante and proceeds to hug them.

Zane: "Thank you for making such an effort into saving us." Zane then passes out from the pain of his wounds.

Sam: "ZANE!"

Dante begins to shake him but Lucki stops them.

Lucki: "He'll live, he just needs to rest."

Dante: "Why don't you just heal his wounds?!"

Lucki: "I can't, it violates the rules.'

Dante: "RULES?! YOUR STUDENT IS IN PAIN! AREN'T YOU GOING TO DO ANYTHING TO HELP HIM?!"

Lucki: "As I said... I can't heal him due to the consequences."

Dante: "BRO WHAT?! HEAL HIM WHAT COULD BE SO IMPORTANT THAT YOU WON'T HEAL HIM?!"

Lucki: "Im going to make this very clear right now."

Lucki puts down what he was doing and walks over to Dante and gets up in his face.

Lucki: "I can't tell you why, you don't need to know, i'm so angry right now, teaching you kids these things... might already have gotten me in trouble. That being said, I love you all, but listen to me when i say if i could heal them then i would, but i've interfered enough as it is."

Lucki backs away and fly's out of the room off to some where.

Red slouches up against a wall.

Dante: "Red you're awake?"

Red: "Guys, i don't think... we should make him mad."

Dante: "Yeah i know he's really strong but-"

Red: "Nah man, you don't get it, he's way to strong.
