Chapter 17

As Chun paces back and forth sweating and getting everyone else ready Sam just stares at him.

Sam: "Are ya'll ready yet?!"

Chun: "Just a moment, I must figure this out."

Sam: "..."

The blonde hops up on the roof and stares in the same way Zane was starring.

Sam: "I think i know where he went... I can feel his presence but it's very very far."

Sam looks down at the apartment balcony and looks back up at the sky.

Sam: "Nah screw this I'm going to get my friend."

Sam jumps into the sky, through the atmosphere and into space.

The blonde teen looks around and traces Zane's presence and begins to head that way.

Sam:💭"If I at least put a max output blast through my hands then it should make me get there fast."

Sam turns around and shoots out the strongest QI blast he could, the recoil sending him flying through space.

The blonde haired looked on as earth got farther and farther away.

Sam:💭"Not gonna lie this is scary but if I find Zane then he could probably take us back home."

As Sam shoots through solar system after solar system he notices all the different planets and stars.

Sam:💭"It's much more bright here than in other places."

Meanwhile.

Shisui: "Sir."

Taz: "Yeah?"

Shisui: "We are rapidly approaching them."

Taz: "Alright."

Taz smiles and gets out of his chair.

He jumps out of the ship and gets on top of it while looking on eagerly.

Taz: "It's time... Kyoji, Would you like to lend me a hand?"

Taz's Grind grows as the Senkestu blade glows with a dark and light red aura.

Reed and Fera walk through the door and look on out the window.

Fera: "*Sigh* What is he doing on the roof of the ship."

Shisui turns around with a smile.

Shisui: "Taz is going to show them a thing or two about respect."

Fera: "With that sword I would assume?"

Shisui: "Yes thats right."

Fera: "You know ever since he got that thing he doesn't really even use his Tenchi anymore, whats so good about it anyways?"

Reed looks on calmly as the enemey ships are now within view from a far.

Shisui: "You see that blade is not any ordinary blade, It's one of the 5 elemental blades."

Fera: "Wait that fairy tale is actually true?!"

Fera grits her teeth but smiles.

Fera: "No way, I heard those blades went missing."

Shisui: "No, they were stored off so that no one could use them, but one of the reasons why these blades are so powerful in the first places is because they feed off of negative emotions for power."

Reed: "So the stronger the negative emotion, the more power that will come out of the blade?"

Shisui: "Precisely, however can you guess what emotion that one in particular feeds off of?"
