"Training disaster"

Caitlin pov:
It's now the next morning it's 8:30am and starts at 10am so I getting ready into my training kit and go downstairs and see katie awake

She was sitting on the sofa zoned out so I went and sat next to her

"Kate" I say but she doesn't answer "Katie....earth to Katie" I say and finally she stops zoning out

"Huh umm yeah" she says shocked

"Are you ok you were zoned out" I say concerned

"Oh umm yeah I fine.... I think" she says sounding sad

"Ok you can always talk to me if you need to ok?" I say still worried about Katie

"Yeah umm ok thanks" she says in a thankful tone

"I'm gonna make breakfast do you want any" I say standing up

"Umm no thanks" says Katie

"Kate you have to eat....how about just 1 piece of toast" I say still worried

"Yeah sure thank you" she says

I walk to the kitchen and start making breakfast for everyone and Katie a piece of toast

I hear the girls starting to come down. Kyra comes into the kitchen and sits at the island bench with less sitting next to her practically on top of her

I finish making breakfast and walk into the lounge room to get everyone so they can eat it then we can go to training

"Hey girls breakfast is ready on the table for yous" I say as I walk into the lounge room

"Ok thanks Caitlin you really didn't have to" Beth says getting up and walking into the kitchen

"No problem Beth" I say and I walk over to Katie

"Come in Katie" I say grabbing her hand

"Cait can you just bring my food in here please" she says as she lets go of my hand

"Umm yeah of course I can" I say

I walk back into the kitchen and get Katie's piece of toast then go back into the lounge room and give it to Katie

"Ima go and eat in there if that's ok with you" I say as I pass the plate to her

"Thank you and Yeah of course go" she says as she grabs the plate

I walk back into the kitchen and grab my breakfast then go into the dining room and sit down next to Beth

Kyra and Alessia are sitting on the other side of the table. Alessia still practically on top of Kyra and me and Beth are on the other side of the table

I start eating. When I finish eating I get up and clean my dishes and put them away then go and see Katie in the lounge room

"Hey Katie you ok now!" I ask her

"Yeah I'm ok" she says and smiles at me

"That's good....we have to go to training now you ready?" I say

"Yeah I'm ready let's go" she says and gets up

Everyone gets in the car and we all drive to training listening to music the whole time.

Beth pov:
We all get in the car to go to training Alessia driving Kyra in the passenger and me in the middle of Katie and Caitlin in the back
