"Training"

(Caitlin pov)
It's my job AGAIN to wake Kyra and Alessia up to make sure they get ready for training . "Kyra , Alessia up now or I will split you 2 apart for 2 whole days." I say and that gets them up straight away .

They get up and walk upstairs and 20 minutes later they come back down the stairs "I texted Jonas that we are gonna be a bit later because of some people but I'm not gonna name names" I say and dart a look at Alessia and Kyra

We all get in the car , with Kyra and Alessia in the back , Steph and Beth in the middle , and me and Katie in the front , I drive us all to training. When we get to training we quickly get changed and run out to the pitches.

"Why are you 10 minutes late" Lotte ask me as I get on the pitch

"Because a certain 2 people in our house wouldn't wake up and made us late" I say and look at Alessia and kyr

"So that certain 2 people must be Alessia and Kyra" she says

"Oh no it's totally not them that always make us late every day and that made us late today" I say sarcastically "YES it was them" I say in frustration

"Well at least you turned up and they did to" Lotte say laughing

"True" I say and laugh with her

We start training , we do our normal drills and mini matches , after we go into the canteen for some lunch I get my food and sit next to Katie , she looks a bit pale , that she's gonna be sick I see her just starring at her food not touching it.

"You good Kay" I say and put my hand on her back in a comforting way

"Mmm um no" she she says back to me just above a whisper no one else heard but me

"Ok let go somewhere less crowed" I say and stand up and hold out my hand for her to take

Katie takes my hand and I walk her to the chill room and sit down with her on my lap snuggling into my chest

"What's up darlin" I ask her

"I feel really sick cait , like I'm going to vomit I hate the feeling" she says and a tear rolls down her face

"Hey hey don't cry baby , I will tell Jonas that we have to go home and I tell one of the girls that they need to get a lift home" I say and then Katie just jumps off my lap and out the room

I follow her to the bathroom where she is sick every were I hold her hand and rub her back I text Leah telling her that they need to get a lift home then I text Jonas saying that me and Katie are going home

Cf : hey Leah me and Katie are going home you and the girls will need to get a lift home after training

Lw: yeah ok what happened?

Cf: Katie is very sick we are in the bathrooms she is being sick a lot

Lw: I'm coming be there soon

Jonas (boss)

Cf : hey Jonas me and Katie have to go home Katie is very sick and won't stop throwing up

Je: hey Caitlin yeah thanks fine tell Katie I hope she gets better soon and tell me if you both need the day off tomorrow

Cf: yeah ok thank you

End

I send all of those text , then I hear the door open and see Leah she comes over of us

"Oh sweet you ok" Leah ask sympathetically

Katie just shakes her head no and then throws up again

"She being non stop for 10 minutes Le" I say worried

"It's ok don't worry she will be fine I will get a bucket for the ride home if you need it and you go home and just relax" she says and I nod

"Thanks Le" I hear Katie say then throws up again

I see Katie start crying and look at me
"I hate it cait make it stop please" she says as tears stream down her face

"Oh baby I wish I could stop it but I can't" I say and stroke her hair at of her face and put her head on my chest "you will be ok baby" I say and she tries up again in the toilet

Leah comes back with the bucket and we drive home
