The next moment.

"I didn't expect that just after getting out of prison, the pawn I had placed beside He Mu Sheng would be exposed."

Camel laughed lowly, his facial fat shaking.

"Little girl, who are you?" He looked at me with a dangerous gaze. "Do you know what happens to those who offend me?"

I honestly replied, "I don't know."

"But you have to tell me how I offended you first."

Camel looked at me suspiciously, "Wasn't it you who wrote that note at Qianli Club last night?"

My heart skipped a beat, I was about to deny it when he continued, "The guy with you is a cop, he couldn't have written it."

"So it had to be you."

I forced myself to stay calm, "So what if it was me?"

No sooner had I spoken than the man who had been silently standing beside Camel came over with a stick.

"You dare admit it! If it weren't for you, my brother wouldn't have died!"

I retreated in terror.

"And you are?"

The man roared, "I'm Cylinder!"

My back hit the wall, I had nowhere to retreat, and didn't even have time to ponder his peculiar name, "Mr. Cylinder, what does your brother's death have to do with me?"

Cylinder's eyes were bloodshot, "You exposed his undercover identity, now you're playing dumb?"

He rushed over and grabbed my neck, shaking me back and forth.

In that moment, I seemed to see my great-grandmother.

"Your brother... who exactly... is he?"

I asked, my voice broken.

The man couldn't hold back, he squatted down, holding his head and crying, "Gas, my brother is Gas." [1]

Me: "..."

I stood there as if struck by lightning, and Camel sneered, "Any more questions?"

I slowly came back to my senses, "Just one more."

"Ask."

"Who came up with their names? They're really..."

Camel looked over, "I did."

I gave him a thumbs up, "Really brilliant!"

...

"Looks like there's nothing more to get from you." Camel leaned back on the sofa, looking tired, and waved his hand casually, "Take her away and fill her with cement."

Me: "?"

Isn't that a bit too fast??

Before I could react, two men in black came over, each grabbing one of my arms, dragging me out.

I clung to the door frame, desperate to survive, "Wait!"

"I have some information that might interest you!"

Camel: "Hold on."

The men temporarily let go of me.

I forced myself to calm down and, after surveying the surroundings, slowly spoke.

"Back then, you were set up by He Mu Sheng and sent to prison. Don't you want revenge?"

Camel abruptly looked up at me, "What do you know?"

"I know who his pawn was on your side. Do you think I wouldn't know who his people are on your side?"

The atmosphere instantly changed.

No one spoke for a moment.

"I can tell you who the undercover agent by your side is, but you have to let me go first."

Camel stared at me intently, his expression a mix of shock and suspicion.

...

In the end, we reached an agreement.

I would run for ten minutes, then send him the name of the undercover agent via my phone.

If he was dissatisfied with my response, he could easily catch up with me.

To show sincerity.

I recounted the details of how he was framed and imprisoned, including how the undercover agent betrayed him.

Camel believed me.

Because everything I said was true.

After all, when I wrote this part, I wasn't slacking off yet.

Every word and sentence was typed out by me on the keyboard!!

...

The ropes were untied, and I held my phone, taking one last look back.

Then, taking a deep breath, I sprinted away!

When I was in college, if I had put half this effort into running 800 meters, I wouldn't have failed every year!

The abandoned factory was in a deserted area, and I dove into a nearby grove.

Sharp branches scratched my face, but I felt nothing.

I only heard a voice in my head urging me, faster! Faster!

After running for about ten minutes, I sent the pre-written text message.

Ten seconds later.

Gunshots rang out from the abandoned factory behind me.

Camel never imagined that his second-in-command and third-in-command were all He Mu Sheng's people!

As I ran, I mentally lit a candle for Camel.

This plot was indeed a bit too cruel.

I didn't know how long I ran, but the view in front of me gradually opened up.

Feeling a surge of joy, I sped up and dashed out of the woods—

Only to wish I hadn't.
