Time skipped really quick and tomorrow is bondita's birthday. Anirudh planned everything and told Neha to keep her busy till 12am and then drop her to the place.
Bondita already got a hint when she noticed how Neha wouldn't let her go back to home and how she dressed her up but she kept quiet so that she can enjoy every moment.
It was 11:45 when Neha dropped her in a big penthouse and told her to go inside. She looked around the place and went inside while holding her dress which was specially selected by anirudh.
The whole penthouse was dark, without a single source of light. She took out her phone and turned on the flashlight.
"Anirudh... I know it's you! Please come out... I am getting scared" Bondita yelled but there was no response
"Anirudh I swear I will kick you out of our room if you don't show yourself up" Again she got no response
She got angry and was about to leave the penthouse when the lights of the house were turned on.
"Happy birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you Happy Birthday dear bondita, Happy birthday to you..."
She turned around and saw anirudh walking towards her with a cake in his hand while singing.
"You're looking so pretty" He wishpered as soon he saw her
"Happy birthday" He said while she looked at him with a smile
"Thank you" She replied smiling at him
"Let's cut the cake quickly, I have so many gifts for you" He said and kept the cake on the table
He passed her the knife while she looked at him and cuts the cake. She picked up a piece of cake and looked at him who opened his mouth, gesturing her to feed him but she feeds herself the first bite and looked at him mischievously.
"Hey! You're supposed to feed me first!" He whined like a baby
"And who told you that?" She asked mischievously
"I arranged all these things for you and you didn't give me any cake." He replied sadly
She laughed at him and pulls him by his neck, placing her lips over his. She shoved her tongue inside his mouth making him taste the cake and pulled away.
"Is it enough?" She asked raising her eyebrow as she wiped her corner of lips which was glistening with their saliva
"I am suddenly craving for more cake... Can I get some more of it" He said was about to kiss her again when she pushed him away softly
"Aren't you getting too much bolder these days?" She teased him
"What can I do? I have such a hot wife that it's worth it to get a little bolder" He replied and gave a few kisses on her neck
"Ani!!! It's my birthday, where is my gift?" She asked pushing him away
He smiled and took her inside a room. She looked at room and blush crept over her cheeks.
"Aapke irrade humein thik nhi lag rahe hai. (Your intentions don't seem right to me.)"
She said looking at him
"Aur thik hai bhi nhi. (And it's not right either)"
He replied pulling her closer
"My gift Ani..." She said while he pointed towards a big box kept over a table
She smiled and went towards it and sat on ground while he sat opposite to her. She opens the box and found a lot of letters in it. She looked at him confusingly and opened one letter.
I still remember the day we crossed our paths, it was not at all pleasant. We fought so many times and I punished you too but who knew that one day I will fall for you so hard. You're the sunrise in my life which once disappeared somewhere.

She smiled and took out another letter and read that too. She took each and every letter and read it while tears ran down from her eyes. She continued reading all the letters while anirudh sat there quietly watching her as she cried and sometimes laughed while reading the letters.
"1423... You wrote 1423 letters for me? Why?" Bondita asked
"I wanted to propose to you in a different style and these letters have all the feelings I hid from you, I wanted to make your birthday special and I did by writing these letters."
He replied smilingly
"How did you manage to write so many letters anirudh? How did you do all this?"
She asked
"Honestly, I don't know... All I know is that I have written everything from the bottom of my heart."
He replied replied as she sobbed and jumped over him, making him lay in floor.
She cried hugging him.
"I am sorry... I am so sorry... I was so blinded in my pain that I forgot about your feelings. I am so bad, I only hurt everyone around me."
She cried out
"Hey! Don't you dare speak bad about my wife! She is the most beautiful person in the world... From inside out and I love her."
He replied with a smile as he wiped her eyes
"I love you" She confessed and kissed his cheeks while anirudh smiled
"I love you... I love you... I love you..." She confessed while kissing all over his face
"I love you so much" She said and joined their lips in a soft but passionate kiss filled with love
"And I love you too" He confessed after they broke the kiss and joined their forehead.
