☆☆☆Episode 1: The Awakening☆☆☆

Sora: "Ah! Where am I?"
Sora wakes up in an unfamiliar room. The room was dark and had no windows. He looks around, but there's no one around. He gets up and checks his body for any injuries, but he doesn't see any. He's still wearing the same clothes he wore before this whole thing happened.
Sora: "This is weird. How did I get here? Was it the-"
Suddenly, he hears a bang on the door. "Hello? Are you awake in there, kid?" The man asked from the other side of the door as Sora also heard gun shots. Sora goes towards the door and hesitantly opens it. On the other side is a man holding up an SG-09R. He looked at Sora.
Sora: "Huh? Do I know you?"
Man: "Doubt it, I'm Leon S. Kennedy. And you are?"
Sora: "I'm Sora." He said. "Nice to meet you, but could you tell me where I am?" Sora asked.
Leon: "You're in Raccoon City. I found you unconscious in one of the rooms."
Sora: "Raccoon City? Where's that?" Sora asked.
Leon: "It's in America, you know that country across the ocean?"
Sora: "Yeah, I know that." Sora replied. "So, what's going on?"
Leon: "Well, you know how there's a disease that makes people become zombies? Yeah, that's happening right now. We need to get out of the city ASAP." Leon said.
Sora: "What?! What about everyone else? Like, my friends. Also... zombies!?"
Leon: "Yes zombies and Sorry, but I only found you. Besides, there are zombies about everywhere now." He replied. "Anyway, we need to go, now."
Sora: "Wait, I still don't understand what's going on."
Leon: "Just come with me." He said as he grabbed Sora and started to run by a nearby closet and opened it.
Leon: "Ashley, come on out." He said as He pulled out his SG-09R and some ammo. A girl, Ashley, comes out and looks at Sora.
Ashley: "Who's this?"
Leon: "This is Sora. He's coming with us."
Ashley: "What?! How is this our problem?"
Leon: "I said he's coming, so he's coming. Now, let's go." Leon said.
Leon, Ashley, and Sora exit the room and see that the zombies have breached the door and are now coming towards them. Sora looks at the two of them.
Sora: "Uh... how do we kill them?" He asked.
Leon: "Shooting them in the head will kill them instantly." He replied. "But ammo is limited, so only shoot when necessary."
Sora: "Wait, but I don't have any ammo."
Leon: "I'll give you some ammo and a gun." He said as he pulled out a USP 45. "Here, use this."
Sora: "Uh... okay. Thanks!" Sora said as he took the gun.
Sora: "Umm... how do you shoot it?"
Leon: "This is not the time, Sora. Just figure it out." He said as he pulled out a key card. "There's only one working elevator down the hall. We need to get to the elevator and go to the bottom floor. There's a way out of the city through the sewer."
Ashley: "The sewer...? Okayyy." She said. "Let's go."
Leon: "Stay behind me, Ashley." He said. "And Sora, just follow my lead."
The three of them start to run down the hallways, dodging most of the zombies and into another room. Then the door closes behind them.
Ashley: "Now there's no going back..."
Sora: "Wait, why didn't you shoot the ones in the hallway?"
Leon: "Like I said, ammo is limited, and we need to save some for the road."
Ashley: "Yeah, Sora. We can't waste ammo on a few zombies when there's more out there."
Sora: "Ahh... Got it."
They make their way to the elevator and go down to the bottom floor. As they reach the bottom, they see even more zombies. Leon shoots the ones closest to them as they make their way to the exit. As they make their way out of the building, they see that the zombies are now starting to breach the building.
Leon: "We need to move NOW!" He said as he pulled out his SG-09R and shot two of the zombies.
The three of them run as fast as they can to the sewer entrance. They open the door and see the sewer entrance. They all jump down and close the door behind them.
Sora: "Wow, that was crazy."
Leon: "You think that's crazy? That's not even close to being crazy."
Sora: "Wait, but how do we get out of the sewer?"
Leon: "I've got a map that I managed to get." He said as he pulled out a map. "It shows the path to the exit."
Sora: "Ohhh, let me see!" He said as Leon closed the map
Leon: "I'm gonna go ahead and scout. You two stay behind me." Leon starts to lead the way. Ashley runs up to him and holds onto his left arm. Sora looks at the two of them.
Sora: "Wait, are you two together?" Sora asked.
Ashley: "Uh... I mean... No!"
Leon: "What? No."
Sora: "You're both lying." Sora said with a smile. Leon sighed.
Leon: "We need to keep moving."
Sora: "Alright."
As they make their way down the sewer, they hear a noise. The three of them stop and look at each other.
Leon: "Stay here." He said as he went to investigate.
Ashley: "Wait, don't go!"
Leon: "Shhh!"
As he goes further away, they hear three shots go off and strange monster noises. Sora looks at Ashley.
Sora: "That doesn't sound good."
Ashley: "Wait here." She said as she pulled out her gun.
Sora: "Whaaa, Since when you? Wait! You can't go!" Sora said.
Ashley: "I can't leave him." She said as she ran after Leon.
Sora: "Wait!" He said as he ran after her.
Sora follows them to a room where they see Leon shooting at a huge spider. Ashley comes up behind him and shoots at it.
Ashley: "Leon!"
Leon: "Dammit, Ashley! I told you to stay!"
Sora: "What the heck is that?"
Leon: "What it looks like, kid." He said as he reloaded his gun and continued to shoot twice at the spider.
Sora: "Goodness how to... use this thing. " Sora struggles with the gun
Ashley: Just pull the damn trigger!
Sora: "Gosh, I can't do this!" he tosses the gun aside and raises his hand in the air as his Keyblade appears.
Ashley: "What the..."
He jumps forward and slashes at the spider.
Sora: "Come on!"
Sora charges at the spider and swings his Keyblade at it. The spider falls to the ground as Sora slashes at it. Sora then jumps in the air and comes down on it, stabbing it in the middle. The spider goes still.
Leon: "Well, I'll be damned."
Ashley: "What was that?"
Sora: "That's my Keyblade."
Leon: "That's not a gun."
Sora: "No, it's kinda like my sword." He smiles proudly.
Ashley: "Where did that even come from?"
Sora: "It's magic." He replied proudly
Leon: "Well, whatever it is. It worked."
Sora: "Yeah." He said as he put away his Keyblade.
Leon: "Alright, let's get moving again."
They continue through the sewer and eventually reach the exit. They run out of the sewer and see a helicopter waiting for them.
Leon: "That's our ride. Let's go." He said as they all ran towards the helicopter.
They all jump into the helicopter as it lifts off.
Sora: "Wow... that was crazy."
Leon: "Told you."
Ashley: "You're lucky to be alive, you know! You are really clueless."
Sora: "Haha yeah thanks you two." He smiled as he rubbed the back of his neck
Leon: "It's all part of the job. Well, for me anyway."
As they fly away from Raccoon City, Sora looks back at the burning city.
Sora: "Wooow...." Sora says, staring out the window
Leon: "Anyway, kid. How did you end up here anyway? "
Sora: "Hm?"
Leon: "When I found you, you were unconscious. For someone who doesn't know how to pull a trigger... how did you even manage to end up in Raccoon City?"
Sora: "Well..." Sora starts as he tries to think of his story.
Sora: "I found this weird device from a shady van." He said.
Ashley: "A shady van?"
Sora: "You know, like one of those vans that tries to sell you stuff, but it's all fake."
Leon: "So you're telling me you went to one of those vans and bought a weird device?"
Sora: "Uh... yeah. I got it for free, actually. I took it to the Smash Mansion to show it to all my DLC friends."
Leon: "DLC friends?"
Sora: "Yeah, we call our group that because we'll... we're DLC characters. "
Leon and Ashley: "....."
Sora: "Umm... anyway... So I showed it to them, and they were all skeptical and stuff." He said.
Leon: "So what happened then?"
Sora: "I tried pressing the button a bunch of times, and nothing happened. Then Piranha Plant put it in his mouth, and it started to glow and zap us all!" He said dramatically.
Ashley: "And then you ended up here."
Sora: "Yeah! I just woke up in that place you called Raccoon City. "
Leon: "Well... that's a crazy story."
Sora: "It is, right?"
Ashley: "So I'm guessing you're not around here..." She said.
Sora: "Yeah... I'm Sora! I'm from a different world. I'm from the Kingdom Hearts series, originally!"
Leon and Ashley: "....."
Sora: "....Ummm.... Do you guys know Smash Brothers?"
Leon: "Hmm... I was a spirit, so... I guess"
Ashley: "You guess? Leon..."
Sora: "Anyway, I came from Smash Brothers and then ended up here." Sora said as he thought for a bit
Sora: Now thinking about it... if I was sent here... then maybe everyone else is also here! Or maybe they are in a different universe... Oh no! I gotta find everyone and bring them back to Smash Brothers!!!" he threw his hands in the air, waving them around. Leon and Ashley looked at each other and then looked back at Sora.
Leon: "Don't worry, kid, I'll help you find a way back." He said, crossing his arms, Ashley elbowed him.
Ashley: "What he meant was we'll help you find a way back." Sora stopped, waving his arms
Sora: "Really!?"
Ashley: "Of course that's what friends are for right."
Sora: "Friends? Friends!! Yaaay!!!" He jumped up and hugged the both of them tightly. Ashley hugged back as Leon tried to push him off
Leon: "Alright, alright, settle down, kid." Sora laughed and smiled widely as he took a seat, now feeling a bit more comfortable.
Sora: "Hehe! Welp that wrap things up for the end of episode 1 of 'Beyond the Smash: A Journey Through Shattered Realities', tune in next time!" Sora said with a smile. He then puts his hand on his mouth as he realizes what he said.
Sora: "Oops..."
Ashley: "What did you just say?"
Sora: "Uh... nothing."
Leon: "Did you just say 'End of episode one'?"
Sora: "Uh... no..."
Ashley: "Yes, you did. What does that mean?"
Sora: "Uhhhh..."
