Madison stood before the roadside beneath a bus stop, flagging down cars. She had a habit of hitchhiking even though she knew it was dangerous; her irresponsible behavior will one day be her demise. She wore a skimpy black striped Halter Stretch Mini Dress. She wondered why there wasn't a car stopping for her since she looked so fine. She stuck out her right foot.

"Ass!" She yelled, jumping back and shouting; Jackass almost ran me over.

She flipped her hair and spun around, facing the bus stop sign. She then sat on the bench, crossing her legs and looking at her watch, when she glimpsed at the light of a car coming. This time she must stop it even if it's the last thing she does, jumping in front of it and waving her arms out wide.

"Thank god he stopped, or this time I was dead for sure," she muttered, letting out a soft sigh.

"Hello! Miss, Are you crazy or something?" The driver stuck his head out, shouting.

"Maybe you never know; I just really need a ride to The Crimson's restaurant and bar," I shout back at him.

I needed this guy to ride me to the restaurant, or else I would be late. Wait shit, what I meant to say was give me a ride there.

"Fine, get in, crazy lady."

"Thanks, I don't have any money to repay you; how about you be my date?" I hopped in the front seat.

What a handsome man, with light blue eyes, a chiseled jawline, broad shoulders, and a muscular build, she thought to herself.

"So, do you often hitchhike? Or ask strangers to be your date?"

"Sometimes I'm not going to pay; I'm too hot for that. I always get a car to pick me up."

"Hmmm, I see, so you're not afraid you're murdered by one of these strangers?"

"No, are you going to murder me?" She questions him.

"No, but I'm a stranger," he replies.

"Alright, I'm Madison Miller; nice to meet you," Madison introduces herself.

"Austin Butler, it's my pleasure," Austin also introduces himself.

"There, we are not strangers anymore," Madison told him.

"I guess, not, where are you heading?" He asked.

"Well, aren't you rather dam fucking fast," she scolds him. "Girl's night out with my work colleagues," she continued scolding him. "Where were you heading before I—you know?" she asked.

"Well, well, look who's fucking fast now, and do you mean before you jumped in-front my car like a psycho bitch" he chuckles, teasing her.

"Asshole," she muttered, folding her arms, resting back on the car seat, and rolling her eyes.

"See? The package in the backseat over there? I'm transporting it to a buddy of mine; his house is three houses down from here," he confined in her.

"So, you're heading there first?" she asked.

"Yes, in fact, then we can head to the restaurant," he answered.

"Ummm okay," she added.

Austin arrived, parking his two thousand three Mercedes-Benz E-Class in front of the gray apartment on 21st Street. He hunk his horn twice before he glances the upstairs window curtains shift to the right, reveling his best friend Jared Jones waving at him, signaling him to come down stairs.

"Hey! Man!" Austin fist bumps Jared.

"You got the package," Jared whispers to him.

"Yeah, it's right in the car; let me go grab it," Austin added before he strolls towards his rare car door, accessing it and clasping the package with his right hands, strolling back to Jared.

"Here you go, man," Austin hands it over to Jared.

"Thanks, bro," he thanked him.

"No problem, man! Later!" Austin added.

After Austin fulfilled his task, he departed from his friend's location and resumed their journey. They approached their destination near the parking lot. Madison's gray eyes were aligned with the restaurant's sight as Austin parked beside a black BMW 320i. He escorted her to the restaurant's entrance, where the security guard informed them to speak to the woman inside. While inside, even though she arrived with him, her eyes were still scanning, shifting her attention to one of the bartenders, when a familiar voice called out to her.
