Chapter 11 happy family's

Pauls POV 

It had been several weeks since that incident with rachel and me and hannah had moved from it and we were know at the 20 week scan and waiting to see wether we were having a boy or a girl. 

"its a girl" the midwife said 

"look paul its our little girl" i said with tears in my eyes

"a girl, our little girl" i said and i couldn't be happier. 

After the scan me and hannah went out for lunch smiling and talking about what colour scheme to use, well hannah was, she can do what she wants because it was the first time in a while i had seen her this bright and happy after what rachel said.

"oh what about pale pink with a painting of like a princess castle on one of the walls, oh paul it would look so good," hannah sighed happily 

"sounds great baby" i said kissing her lightly.

"i can't wait to tell my parents, they're gonna be so excited" hannah said

which reminded me they were coming over for dinner so we went to the supermarket and grabbed a few things for dinner, hannah's craving were going nuts, i mean she started dipping salt and vinegar crisps into peanut butter, arriving home and starting on dinner, steak and chips was on the menu seeing as hannah loved it and so did i.

a few hours later and hannah's parents were around the dinner table the conversation flowing nicely. 

"so we have something to tell you, were having a girl" hannah beamed brightly.

"a girl oh hannah that's amazing" her mum said giving her a hug

"oh darling we are so happy for you" her dad said giving her a hug and shaking my hand.

"anyway i have a plan for the nursery and you must see it mum" hannah said and with that the two went off to look at hannah's plan. 

"i haven't seen her this happy in so long, last time she this happy was when you both first got together, am glad you both worked it out" hannah's dad said joining me in the lounge

"thanks, never thought i would get this second chance with her again, i love her so much" i said smiling. 

"i can tell, the way you both look at each other is genuine love, very few people find the one and if your lucky enough, don't ever let them go" he said.
