ANOTHER MORROW, another day of patrol for Daemon's daughters. The two were pacing around the field with their dragons behind them, resting.

"I,uh, went to King's Landing yesterday night."

Baela was caught off guard with Aelora's statement. She stopped in her tracks and pulled her sister's arm, forcing her to stop as well. "You did what?! Have you gone completely mad?! Are you sick or something?" Baela placed the back of her hand on Aelora's forehead, sensing any unusual heat. Thankfully, she felt none.

Aelora placed her hand on Baela's and brought it down, "I needed to talk with Aemond."

"Wha—? Why in the world would you need to talk with that one-eyed freak that stole my mother's dragon? I know you two had something, but—"

Aelora stopped her, bringing her hand up. "Wait. You knew?"

"Of course, I knew. I mean come on, you two weren't that hard to discover with your little glances at suppers." Baela mimicked Aemond, covering her one eye and smirking in the distance. "Or Aemond leaving your chambers in the middle of the night, and the random flying with your dragons." She then pointed behind her towards Vermithor.

Aelora hummed in respond, thinking of those things. Did everyone notice and played dumb? Or were they actually dumb and hadn't noticed?

"Not the point." She brought herself back to reality and to the conversation, "Aemond might bend the knee to my mother." Baela's eyes almost fell out of her head, thinking that falling in love with the enemy was mad, but this?!

"Why in the world would he—?"

"I am with child."Aelora blurted out. In her shock, Baela began laughing. Holding onto her stomach from pain laughing. "Ah, good joke. Never found you that hilarious, sister—Oh, you're serious."

Baela moved her hands in confusion in front of Aelora's face, "Wait, who's the father?" she asked, pointing her index finger suspiciously close to Aelora's nose. Upon hearing her exhale and nervously picking on the sides of her nails, Baela felt like she had a stroke.

"Oh for dragons' sake!" She turned away from her with a gasp.

"I never planned this! Baela." Aelora spoke out in frustration. Baela turned back to her sister, and after a minute of silence she pulled her sister in embrace to which she didn't expect.

"You do know father will kill him if he finds out." She mumbled to her. Aelora lets out a nervous chuckle, "I know. Besides Eliana, you were the first in family to know, so please don't tell anyone."

Baela pulled away, holding Aelora's forearms, "Never...would I tell your secrets. To anyone."

Aelora thanked her and the two returned back to their dragons, mounting them and taking into the sky.
