chapter one.
privileged lady !
────── ⋆⋅ꕥ⋅⋆ ──────

Sabine Marshall was considered a privileged girl because of everything she had and those who were behind her guiding her. If you asked anyone who saw her, they would say that she was too stuck up or that she believed in herself too much when she probably didn't know where she was standing right now. But the truth was that she kept proving that she could be better than before, better than the version that you just saw just a few seconds ago, she could change everything if she set her mind to it and the people who knew her knew that she was wonderfully sure of everything she did or what could happen to her.

She always accepted the consequences.

Now, at this precise moment his life was changing again, it was the beginning of new beginnings. It was about his internship at Seattle Grace Hospital. Sabine had graduated from Yale, one of the first in her class, one of the first in almost everything.

Sabine's family had a long line of Doctors, so she and her twin brother, Eric, followed the same step as all of them, only with their own merits and conditions. Sabine could have interned in her family's program, but she and her brother wanted to make their own way, so they moved to Seattle.

Sabine couldn't deny that she was nervous, and just because she was used to changes doesn't mean that the nerves went away.

━ Are you kidding? I have to drop Theo off at daycare, Eric! We'll be late━ Sabine got upset and yelled at her brother who was in the shower.

━ Damn! Just wait a moment!━ Her brother responded with the same annoyance.

Sabine took a few seconds to calm down. Sge did not want to say bad words in front of her son, even though he was 1 year old and did not understand anything that was said around him.

━ I'll leave you here alone for five minutes━ Sabine spoke to the little boy as she left him in his pen with toys.

The girl approached the bathroom door and started banging on it.

━ If you don't get out of there right now, I'll go in and...!━

Her words hung in the air when the door was abruptly opened by his brother.

━ You're going to drop him off at daycare━ Sabine said while looking at him annoyed.━ The babysitter will pick him up later so you're not bothering me with that━ he added, rolling his eyes.

━ You will leave your son traumatized━ Eric rolled his eyes as he went to his room to change.

Sabine turned her eyes walking towards her baby to take him in her arms again and sighed seeing the apartment full of unpacked boxes, they hadn't had that much time to do so.

━ You'll be fine...we'll be fine━ Sabine murmured, trying to convince herself that she could.

Being a mother had been a difficult change. That had been one of the most difficult changes of his life. She had to make a huge sacrifice so that the university did not ban her in her last year. Her family had helped her but they had also warned her. Sabine was sure that they thought she couldn't handle boarding school and her son at the same time.
