After the coronations of Heaven and Hell, a hidden, mystical force brought Heaven and Hell closer than ever before. Heaven and Hell started encountering opposite events, such as burning hellfire in Heaven and golden butterflies in the scorching ashes of Purgatory. But this isn't where the story ends here, this is only the beginning.

Another day in Heaven was another day of duty for Queen Elizabeth. Elizabeth was the newly born Queen of Heaven, with her role of duties only expanding after her coronation. Her mother, the Supreme Deity, froze in her chamber in the South Wing of the Goddess Castle.

"Good morning, Queen Elizabeth. Here is your tea," her personal butler, Elaine, gives the tea on a specialised tray.

    "Thank you, Elaine." Elizabeth responds.

"Is there anything I may help you with, Your Majesty?" Elaine questions.

Queen Elizabeth smiles, "Elaine, take today off. It's a new generation for gods, goddesses and angels, so you can go along the kingdom for a break."

Elaine smiles back, "Thank you for this honourary moment, Your Majesty." Elaine walks back to the door and closed it shut.

Elizabeth opens her balcony doors and walks towards the staircase to the heavenly courtyards. Elizabeth picked up her sleeping gown and walked towards the bell. Elizabeth uses her powers to awake all of Heaven.

Golden butterflies flew the heavenly kingdom; but in the middle of the vividly-practised performance, the butterflies dropped from the air and turned into scorching hellfire. Elizabeth gasped and flew to the ground with her wings. She chanted a spell to extinguish the hellfire. She was lucky it stopped.

"Are you okay, Queen Elizabeth?!" Elaine runs out from her village house. She was helping pick up flowers with her mother for her birthday.

"Yes, I am okay, Elaine. Do not worry about me — worry about your mother. She probably needs your assistance more than I do!" Elizabeth laughs.

Elaine runs back to the house to help her mother. But as soon as she reached the house gardens, a purple hole full of shadowy thorns swallows her mother in. A purple sunflower glooms Heaven with a spark of devilish magic.

    "Mother!" Elaine cried.

But her mother was long gone, deep into the mysterious void of death. It was a quick death, and her mother was now munched by the depths of the unknown. Elaine has never seen this devilish act before, and she hoped that she'll never see it again.

Down below, where the atmosphere was burning and ashes, many disciples of King Meliodas have been experiencing golden butterflies and miracles in such a hellish place. Of course, miracles in Hell would be amazing (according to some demons), but it wasn't normal for such a place to have something 'heavenly'.

King Meliodas arose from his bed and was greeted by his personal butler named Gowther. Gowther was taken from the 'detention' of the Demon Realm after Meliodas was chosen as king. Gowther loved puppets and made a replica of his own whom is also named Gowther.

"Good morning, Your Majesty. Comment as-tu dormi?" Gowther greeted.

"My sleep was affreux, thank you." Meliodas replied.

Gowther chuckled, "Is it because of all the les femmes au paradis dont tu as rêvé, hm?"

Meliodas' cheeks flustered. He forgot that his butler can read minds - telepathy. That means his privacy would be invaded, but Meliodas didn't really care. After all, no one can tell him what to do. He's the King.

"Haha, voilà ton programme pour aujourd'hui—" Gowther was cut-off by Meliodas.

"Gowther, s'il vous plaît, aidez mes autres proches car j'ai mes propres devoirs à accomplir. Vous avez été un plaisir, vous pouvez donc partir maintenant." Meliodas translates.

Gowther gave a curtesy bow and exits Meliodas' room. Meliodas changed clothes and went outside to the frontier balcony. He thought he would see a 'dramatic' entrance of hellfire, but no, he saw papillons dorés, or golden butterflies — symbolising Heaven.

The scene made Meliodas question his existance. Was he in the right place? Was he dreaming? He rubbed his eyes to see clearer, but all he saw was more butterflies flying towards the castle. A moment of confusion sparked Hell.

"What the hell?"
