It was almost the end of final selection.

I,Sabito and Giyu were walking down a random pathway when

*creak

"D-did u guys hear that?" Giyu asked.

"Yea i think so.....Y/n watch out!" Sabito yelled out loud as i turned around to see a weirdly green hand reaching out to me in a quick manner.

I dodged it by an inch before turning back to attack on for the hand to catch a hold of my waist.

Flinged through the air i made contact with a tree knocking the wind out of me.

"Y/n! Were going to fight the demon try to get up!" Sabito yelled as he launched towards the demon only to falter.

I quickly get up and garb the hilt of my katana.

'Dragon breathing style..1st form: Dance'

As i rushed towards the demon but.."Its neck is covered!?" I yell out and stumble on the ground as my attack was unused.

"How are we gonna kill it?!"

"Lets just try to slash it maybe it'll still work out!?"

"Ill-

"Ill do it" sabito cut me off "hey i will" i yelled out running towards the demon.

Before someone caught the back of my collar.

"Dont." Was all sabito said before jumping in the air to slash the demon.

"This is gonna be fun!!" The demon laughed.

As sabito was about to cut the demon....his sword snapped and the demon took the chance to crush him.

"Sabito!" I and giyu yelled but there was no response to that.

Suddenly anger filled in me and i rushed forward.

"Y/n dont do this he'll kill u too!!"

"Giyu run ill catch up later!" I yelled before turning back to the demon

'Dragon breathing style 10 form: Ryujin's wish'

Dancing dragons filled the air around me as i flung my sword towards the demons neck.

But..

Time seemed to slow as one of the demons hands reached out for underneath me swallowing me whole.

Giyu pov:

I watched as Y/n disappeared into the demons hand.

Tears rolled down my cheek as i ran down the path.

.

It was morning when i caught a glimpse of wisteria in the distance.

My eyes widened tough filled with tears as i saw Sabito.

He was glowing under the sunlight...but y/n wasn't there.

"Wish u well...Giyu" sabito's voice rang in my ear as i watched him slowly walking then faded away.

'Ill be a hashira...for u and Y/n's sake...i promise Sabito...Y/n..'

Y/n pov:
My eyes snapped open as sunlight shone above me.

'What exactly happened?'

Then it all came back to me.

Flashy back:
As the demons hand rose up from the ground swallowing me whole.

I thought it was the end before i saw a boy made of mist throw me to the side making me hit a nearby tree.

As i reached out a hand to the rising sun while watching Giyu run towards the path i slowly started to lose consciousness......this is the end...right..

End of flashy back:

As i sat up i realised then it was morning and i should try to find a way out since its probably the end of final selection and no one would be here....not even outside of this place.

I survived but what now?.

I decided to stay and wait until something happens instead.
