"Wake up..."

"Rise, O Noble Hero From Afar..."

......

"Smack!"

"Ah! I'm awake! I'm awake!" A boy suddenly woke from a deep slumber and opened his eyes, seeing the scenery of the surroundings. All he sees is a field of white flowers with clear blue skies. He took a moment to feel the soothing fragrant wind and was amazed at an endless sea of beauty and purity.

"I get it... I'm in heaven! ahaha!" He chuckled as his face was in disbelief. He turned around and saw a beautiful lady with silver hair and blue eyes, wearing a white cloth as if she were blended with the white flowers. He was fascinated with the woman's appearance as she walked slowly towards him with a gentle smile. As she gets closer to him, making him blush a bit, her smile turns to pout.

"You're finally awake! It took like five minutes to wake you up! Hmph!" she pouted as she was annoyed at him, and his expectations towards her swiftly changed.

"So... Am I in heaven? are you like, an angel or something?" He asked in confusion with one brow up. She backed a bit and smiled. "Eck! Wrong! Let me introduce myself to you." she starts rising and floats in midair and magical circles appear and shine on her back. "My name is Oloria, known as the Goddess of Creation, and you are my chosen hero to save my world from the darkness lurking within". She raised her hand and smiled as she was waiting for his reaction.

As she finishes her introduction, everything goes silent with a breeze.

"You don't seem to be surprised?" Oloria was confused as she was waiting for his reaction but what she sees is normal but no reaction from him.

"I think I'm dreaming or something, or wait! how come I don't remember anything..." he mutters and holds his head as he tries to remember something.

"Um... You seriously didn't know what happened to you?" she interrupted him and went close to his face.

"You died..." saying it to him with a straight face. He paused and backed away from her, shocked in disbelief.

"What? Did I die? How?" he said with a Frightened face and saw his trembling hand and slowly looked at Oloria. "Did you... Kill me?" He backed slowly away from her.

"Don't look at me like I'm a murderer! You don't remember! Do you?" She snapped as she stomped in midair with anger. She sighed and calmed down and created a rectangular mirror, showing an old man lying in a hospital bed with strangers around him with their hands holding his, crying as they're looking at his smiling face.

"That's... me?" he saw through the mirror as he stretched his hand to it.  "So I died as an old man... and I guess those people around me were my family". His terrified face has turned into relief and happiness with tears coming out of his eyes, knowing that he lives a good life with his friends and family seeing and being with him on his deathbed.

"Yes... You died as a good man, a good husband, father, uncle, and friend." She smiled as they both looked in the mirror and slowly looked at him. "That is why I chose you as my hero from another world. Because of your good heart, I know that you're the right person to save my world."

As the image was done, the mirror disappeared, and he wiped away his tears and looked at the Goddess. "How come I don't remember any of this? about my life?"

She explained briefly. "Well... When you died in that world, your memories died as well. What I'm trying to say is that as I sent your soul here, both your body and memory didn't come as well. You became a newborn soul in my world."

"So you're saying that... You transported me here as a soul after I die". he said as he slowly understood the situation. he paused and thought for a while. Oloria saw his face as he was collecting his mind, making her feel uneasy. He gathered his thoughts and confronted the Goddess and she thought that he'd feel bad that she stole him from his original world but what she saw in front of him was a face of determination. "So, you're not mad or feel bad about me taking you away from your world?" She nervously asked as she pointed both her index fingers.
