Matteo grinned, clearly enjoying the effect he was having on me.
"You want to hear more, do you?" he said softly, his fingers tracing a lazy path down my neck. "Mmmm, let's see... How about this one? La tua pelle è come seta, così morbida e liscia.

His words sounded like poetry, each syllable a velvety caress that sent my senses into overdrive. "What does it mean?" I whispered, barely able to form the words. "It means 'your skin is like silk, so smooth and soft," he said, his eyes watching me closely as he continued to speak.

I smile at him, then I decided to talk again "I hope you know that there are a few days left before the game ends."

Matteo's expression changed slightly, his eyebrow raising in amusement. "Is that so?" he said, his tone light but with a hint of something more serious beneath it. "And what exactly do you expect to happen when the game is over, eh?"

"I don't know I mean, we will not pretend to be the lover couple anymore" I respond.

Matteo's eyes darkened slightly at my words, his expression becoming more intense. "And what if I don't want to stop pretending?" he said softly, his voice dropping to a low, husky timbre. "What if I want more than just a pretend romance with you?"

"What-what are you talking about?" I say.

Matteo's eyes smoldered with intensity, his gaze fixed on mine. "I mean that I don't want this to be just a game anymore," he murmured, his fingers tracing a path down the curve of my jaw. "I want this, us, to be real. I want you, Tina. I want more than just a casual fling."

I stared at Matteo in surprise, my heart racing at the sincerity and intensity of his words. His eyes were dark with desire, his hand caressing my face with a tender but possessive touch. I felt a rush of emotions overwhelm me, a mixture of shock, confusion and hope. Was he really saying what I thought he was saying? That he didn't want to just be a game anymore, but that he wanted me for real?

I was wondering if my plan had work on him so I decided to ask "May I ask why exactly?"

Matteo leaned in closer, his breath warm on my skin. "Why I want you?" he murmured, his voice barely above a whisper. "Because you're like a drug, Tina. Like a drug I can't get enough of. I can't stop thinking about you, dreaming about you. I'm addicted to you, cara mia, and I don't want whatever this is between us to end."

He paused, his eyes searching mine as if gauging my reaction. "I've never felt this way about anyone before, Tina," he continued softly, his fingers trailing down my cheek. "You drive me crazy, you make me feel things I never thought possible. And I don't want to let that go, I don't want to lose this connection we've forged."

His words struck a chord deep within me, stirring up a maelstrom of emotions. Could he really mean what he was saying? Could he truly feel this intensely for me, or was it just another part of the game? I was torn between hope and skepticism, my heart fluttering with the possibility of something real and meaningful with this man.

"I...I don't know if I can trust you" I say my voice low "You've been a manipulator lately, and I don't want to trust you anymore, I don't want you to break my heart again." I ads.

Matteo's eyes softened at my words, his expression becoming more tender. "I know I've given you no reason to trust me, Tina," he said softly, his thumb brushing gently over my lips. "But I promise you, I am not playing a game with you. I care about you, more than I can say. And I want to prove that to you, if you'll give me the chance."

"Listen, you're a Mafia boss like you've been telling me you only care about business not love, so why suddenly you say that you care about me?" I ask.

Matteo sighed, his eyes locking on mine with a serious intensity. "Tina, I may be a mafia boss, but I'm still human. I have feelings and desires like anyone else. And what I feel for you is real. I know I may not have shown it before, but you've gotten under my skin in a way no one ever has. I can't explain it, I just know that I want you, in every way possible."

He paused, then continued in a softer tone. "And as for caring about love, perhaps you are right. I have been focused on building my empire and taking care of business. But you have made me realize that there is more to life than that. You have awakened something in me, a longing for something more than just power and control. And I want to explore that, with you."

His words sounded sincere, his eyes filled with a passion and intensity that made my heart race. "What do you say, Tina?" he whispered, his fingers tracing the outline of my jaw. "Will you give us a chance? Will you give me the chance to show you that I can be more than just a coldhearted mobster?"

For a moment, I was torn. My mind whispered cautions, reminding me of the pain and heartache that could come from giving in to my feelings. But my heart, my heart was singing, whispering that maybe, just maybe, this man could be the one who could show me a different side of life. I took a deep breath and looked him in the eye, my voice low but resolute. "Yes," I whispered. "I'll give us a chance."

I could see the flicker of surprise in his eyes before it was quickly replaced with a look of pure, unadulterated joy. His lips curved into a dazzling smile, and he pulled me close. "You won't regret this, cara mia," he murmured, his voice filled with a newfound sincerity. "I promise, I will show you a side of me that you've never seen before."

I was happy, very happy that my plan had work but, also very happy that he felt the same way that I was.

Matteo's eyes were burning with a fierce possessive intensity, a mix of lust and something more. "There's no game anymore, Tina, that is real." he say softly.

His words sent a shiver down my spine, a rush of heat spreading through my body at the implications. I knew he was telling the truth now, that this was no longer just some game we were playing at. It was real, it was intense, and it was unlike anything I had experienced before.
