In a small town called Mau, there lived a man named Ritesh, a well-known lawyer whose life was filled with success and happiness. He lived with his loving wife, who was a dedicated homemaker, their two beautiful daughters, a young son, and Ritesh's elderly mother.
The family was close-knit, and their home was a place of joy and contentment, a testament to the hard work and dedication that Ritesh had put into his career and family life.

One day,
Ritesh’s wife’s brother and his wife, Mamiji, came to visit. Mamiji, however, couldn’t help but feel envious of the wealth and happiness that surrounded Ritesh’s family. Her own life had been filled with struggles, particularly the deep sorrow of being childless after five years of marriage. This personal pain, combined with her growing jealousy, began to fester within her, turning her envy into something far more dangerous.

During their visit, a small argument erupted between Mamiji and the eldest daughter. In a moment of anger, the daughter cruelly taunted Mamiji about her inability to have children. This remark deeply wounded Mamiji, and her jealousy grew into a dark desire for revenge. After returning home, she sought out a tantric, desperate to curse Ritesh’s family and destroy their happiness.

On a dark Amavasya night,
Mamiji performed a vashikaran ritual, calling upon a malevolent spirit to carry out her wicked plans. She offered the spirit blood and chanted mantras, demanding that the spirit bring ruin to Ritesh’s family.

The spirit, a terrifying figure clothed in
red, with blood-soaked hands and long, wild hair, accepted her offerings and promised to fulfill her wishes.

Soon after, strange and terrifying events began to unfold in Ritesh’s home.
The eldest daughter’s engagement, which had been arranged with much joy, was abruptly called off when the groom was involved in a fatal accident. The daughter, once full of life, began to behave erratically, and a foul stench filled the house. The middle daughter fell severely ill with typhoid, drawing the family’s attention away from the other troubles that were quietly consuming them.

Ritesh’s business, once thriving, started to suffer losses. The family’s health deteriorated, and the once-happy household was now overwhelmed with despair.
Then, on another dark Amavasya night, a horrifying incident occurred. While preparing a meal, the eldest daughter placed her hand on a burning tawa and left it there until the smell of her burning flesh filled the entire house. The sight was so gruesome that Ritesh’s mother fainted from shock.

The horror didn’t end there. The following night, their youngest son, barely nine years old, was found in the courtyard, smiling eerily as he devoured the raw flesh of a cat he had killed. Blood was smeared across his face, and the scene was so disturbing that the family was left in utter disbelief and terror.

Frightened and desperate, Ritesh’s grandmother decided to perform a puja to cleanse the house of evil.
During the rituals, she saw a terrifying vision: the spirit, a woman with long, wild hair, white eyes, red saree and bloodied hands, standing beside the eldest daughter, laughing maniacally. The spirit shoved the elderly woman, causing her to fall and injure her head. The doctors later informed the family that she would never speak again.

Despite these terrifying events, Ritesh, a man of logic and reason, refused to believe in the supernatural.

But

tragedy struck again on another Amavasya night. The eldest daughter, in a state of possession, brutally killed a dog at a crossroads and then took her own life by repeatedly smashing her head with a stone near a desolate cemetery. The family was devastated by her death, and grief overwhelmed them.

Soon after, their young son set himself on fire in the courtyard, unable to escape the dark forces that had taken hold of their home. The police, suspecting foul play, arrested Ritesh, though they found no concrete evidence against him.

Only the middle daughter remained alive, though she was gravely ill, vomiting blood. Ritesh’s wife, now completely consumed by fear and desperation, sought the help of another tantric. This tantric revealed that the family had been cursed by a malevolent spirit sent by someone close to them.
He instructed them to dig up the corners of their home, where they found lemons wrapped in red cloth, part of the curse meant to destroy their happiness.

The tantric performed a purification ritual, burning the cursed lemons and sending the spirit back to Mamiji. He then protected the family with sacred mantras and warned them to stay away from Mamiji, who had now fully succumbed to the dark forces she had unleashed.later news came that Mamiji first killed her husband and drank his blood, then slowly mutilated herself, dying a gruesome and lonely death.

Years passed, and the once-cursed family slowly began to rebuild their lives. Ritesh was eventually released from jail, his name cleared of any wrongdoing. The middle daughter married a kind and successful man, finding some happiness after years of suffering. However, the grandmother never recovered and eventually passed away. Ritesh and his wife, now living in a new bungalow in Lucknow, have found peace, but the scars of those dark days remain etched in their hearts.

This story serves as a haunting reminder of the destructive power of jealousy, a force that, when left unchecked, can lead to unimaginable tragedy.
