Chapter 6

The atmosphere in the living room suddenly changed.

Mr. Park is very angry.

"How dare you, Ha Joon? How dare you pry into my son's life like that? And how dare you to even think of my son marrying yours? How?" Mr. Park said looking at Mr. Jeon, angrily.

Mr. Jeon was calmly standing and looking at Mr. Park. He has already anticipated this beforehand, so he already has his answer ready.

"I know, I have no right to interfere in your son's life. I also know that marrying your son with mine would be a disaster. But believe me, I need Jimin's help to bring my son to right path. Only he can make that happen. And I will not tell anybody about your son working as a waitor. I respect Jimin for that, for his way of living. He is so down to earth person. I have met him only once, but I am very good at reading people and Jimin is amazing, even though his interaction with me was a bit comical." Mr. Jeon said explaining to Mr. Park with an urgency in his tone. He just want to make his point clear.

Mr. Park got even more furious.

"I don't care if you publish the 'working as a waitor' thing in newspaper or social media. That will not scare me. And that will not even affect my Jimin. He has every right to do anything he wants. And I respect my son's every decision. I am very proud of him. But I care if my son's life decision is taken by someone other than me. Who gave you the right to use my son's life just to bring your arrogant son to right path? What guarantees you that Jimin will bring your son to right path? And if Jimin succeeds, then what? You will get them divorced? Don't you think you are being selfish?" Mr. Park said sarcastically.

Mr. Jeon rubbed his forehead with his fingers.

"First thing, I have no plans of blackmailing you on 'working as a waitor' part. Second thing, its true I have no right to take your son's life decisions. And that's why I have kept this meeting, to ask for your permission. Third thing, I am not gonna let your son leave after this marriage's motive. I assure you, Jimin and Jungkook are made for each other. I can see their happy future together. Believe me, in this journey of acheiving the motive, they will eventually love each other. They will be inseparable. And lastly, i am not being selfish. Jimin will be happy with Jungkook. Yes, it will take sometime, but it will happen one day." Mr. Jeon with determination.

"No, Mr. Jeon. I will not allow this. Jimin will not marry your son, that's for sure. Jimin hates Jungkook. Don't call me again for this." Mr. Park said walking towards the main door.

Mr. Jeon was about to say something but stopped himself. He knows Mr. Park will not listen to him. Mr. Park leave the villa with angry steps.

"I know Jimin hates Jungkook. But thats what gonna work for both of them. Hate. I need to think of someone who will be on my side for this marriage. But who?" Mr. Jeon said sitting on the sofa, drinking his tea.

Jungkook is in his office, wholly immersed in choosing out the outfits to be shown at the fall/winter fashion week.

His concentration in his croquis was distracted by a knock on the door.

"Yes?" Jungkook said without taking his eyes from the papers.

Mr. Kang entered.

"Sir, there was a call from Mr. Jung's secretary. Mr. Jung wants to meet you for discussing the theme of our fashion show in Busan." Mr. Kang said.

Jungkook halted from flipping the paper and looked at Mr. Kang. He again looked at his desk which is full of papers. He then closed his eyes and sighed. He needs to complete this today no matter what.
